If only I could give zero stars. We bought a Nissan Murano for $8,000 and less than 3 weeks later the transmission literally fell out. The vehicle required $5,000 worth of repairs. I contacted Amir, the manager, at least 6 times before he finally got back to me and told me I was out of luck. He actually said I should have gotten a better mechanic to check the car before we purchased. He could have said "haha sucker" and meant the same thing. I explained that we maxxed our credit cards to repair the vehicle and asked him if he could help with any portion of the repairs so we would not be in such financial jeopardy. We got to the point where we had to actually SELL our other vehicle to pay for this one. Amirs last contact with me was to tell me he had no intention of helping and we should have gotten a warranty. I honestly think I heard him chuckle at the end of that conversation. I implore you to stay as far away from this place as possible. I believe Amir knew there was a serious mechanical problem with the Murano and sold it to us anyway. Please learn from my experience and dont buy from them - you do not know what youre getting and I feel strongly that the management is completely corrupt.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE!!! BUYER BEWARE!!! Negotiated and was in line to buy a vehicle from this dealership (1999 Acura TL). I called to set up a time for my mechanic to inspect the vehicle for the following morning. Mark, the person I dealt with, stated, " Oh, I was going to call you to tell you someone placed a deposit". He later stated that the person looked at the car at 1 pm and came back around 5-530 pm to " put a hold" on the car. He NEVER called or planned to inform me of the new transaction. PLEASE PLEASE do not go there!!! These people are NOT PROFESSIONAL and will make a deal on the car that YOU had already planned to purchase to someone else. And to add insult to injury, Mark said if you get here before 10 am with the money, I will give the other customer his down payment back! BEWARE SHOPPERS unless you want to deal with an unprofessional dealership!!! Very disappointed in their business practices!!!

***BUYERS BEWARE*** Visited the lot to check out one of the cars they had listed. Clean title, everything checked out on reports, so I figured it would be worth considering... In person, the car was horrible, it had obviously been wrecked and repaired; missing trim, bent brackets, poorly aligned panels. No service records, and I wasnt about to spend money on an inspection to find out that it was most likely a car that had never been serviced. This car was labeled as "extra clean". Pictures were very misleading. Amir was friendly, but I would be very wary of doing business with him. "I dont think the car has been wrecked, we got it and just had it painted, the panels probably werent aligned right after that." 20 minutes later... "Alright, even it the car has been wrecked, it doesnt say it on the report, and you could drive it for a few years and sell it to someone else, theyd never know."

I came to South Gwinnett Luxury cars after a horrible experience buying another car from somewhere else. Amir was very helpful from the beginning showing us cars in our price range. This was our first stop out of 3 other dealerships but it became my last stop as well. I found a car I was extremely interested in and Amir let us test drive. He gave us some information on the car and even let us take it to the near by Pep Boys for over two hours to let them do a full diagnostics test on it. Everything checked out! The radio in the car did not work bur Amir promised to buy the part and fix it, and he did! My car is running great and I have no complaints! The entire process was fast and easy! I would recommended South Gwinnett Luxury Cars to anyone looking for affordable, friendly, honest people!

I went in just to look and found that they had a variety of quality vehicles to choose from. They were all affordable and getting approved was easy even though my credit was less than favorable. They have beautiful cars in excellent condition and you may find it hard to choose just one. I chose a 2005 red Mustang convertible and love my car! Amir is honest, understanding and made this process a breeze. I am eager to find new customers for him and will probably be purchasing cars for my kids from him soon. My son found a car online and filled out the online financing. Was approved over the phone. We live in McDonough Ga and the hour plus drive was definitely worth it. We worked with Amir and he was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process. We took the car home that same day!! When a small problem came up he went out of his way to help us and correct the problem. It was the first car my son had financed on his own and Amir made it an easy and stress free process! Thank you Amir for all your help! And I will be back when Im in the market to buy a newer car!!

My daughter bought a car here roughly a month ago and it hs been towed 3 times and she has not been able to drive it for it has been to the shop thrwe times they are not willing to work with us because it was "as is" or trade they sold us a useless car my daughters first time buying a car she saved up for and now she is stuck paying off a car that she cant drive ..Be Carful shopping here

Bought a 2003 mustang here. Car seems ok but its been 6 weeks and still no paperwork on the car. Temp tag is dead now my son cant even drive his car. Dealer wont answer my calls, emails or texts. I have bought 2 other cars since then and both cars already have permanent tags and are ready to go. We will see. Could get ugly soon.
