Terrible experience at this place. Financial management approved me and stated the bank approved me. I signed the contract for 381 monthly traded in my 03 ford focus for 700 dollars gave my bank statements and phone bill for a 2013 Chrysler 200 limited. I put down 1,250. I left the lot On a Saturday and was told to send in my pay stubs by monday by email. I sent in my pay stubs on the next day. Monday was was told congrats again on getting the car. I wrote back said thank you and would you guys be needing anything else? They wrote back and said no. Tuesday I was called again and was told the bank didnt approve me!!! I went down to the office on thursday to go over logistics of the contract and was told I didnt qualify without a co- signer. I called my brother who has excellent credit to help me and he agreed. They told me my brother had too many auto accounts open that he had 4 already. Then they stated that because he was out of state that they didnt feel comfortable doing the deal. Mind you they had already told me before I got there that all was fine with him being out of state because they could fed-ex the contract to him. In order for me to keep the car They wanted an additional 750 on top of the 1,250 they already received. I advised them to reimburse my money and my car and left. The sales guys were excellent one was a good friend of mine but his boss the financial manager was a complete ass and very unprofessional. Be careful about doing business at these small-scale dealers they want to rob you blind. Id say stay away from this place and take your chances at a big dealer that have their own financing.

GIVING 1 STAR IS WAY TO MUCH!!! OMG, I dont know where to start. Initially it comes off like a good place, with good sales rep. That is so not the case with the Rep I interacted with, My sales consultant was Xavier. This young man comes across very caring and concerning at first. By FAR THAT ISNT THE CASE. Hes just another Fox in Sheep Clothing. He was supposed to mail me a few of my personal Items I left in a vehicle I was supposed to purchase from them. After taking the vehicle home for the weekend and having the vehicle Inspected there was a rear main seal leak and I decided not to get the vehicle. After upon me returning the vehicle, I didnt realize I left a few personal articles in the Vehicle. I reached out to Xavier to advise him that my items were left. Xavier insured me he would mail them out immediately. Several weeks have past, Ive called and text Xavier only to not have my calls answered nor have I received a response to any of my texts. I have also reached out to Antoine who is the Finance manager, he advise me Xavier wasnt in and would have him return my call that has never happened. I spoke with Antoine several times throughout the whole process and he didnt come across as a guy that is there to Misconstrue Customers or to get over. Hes about the only one there that seems Honest!! BE AWARE BUYERS, THIS SHOULD BE A LAST RESORT STOP!!!!!!

They over charge me almost $6,000 on a vehicle didnt change the date on the paperwork after having to redo it so as soon as I sign the paperwork I had less than a week to come up with the first payment very rude after they said that we wasnt financed for the truck and I had to bring it back after putting money into it and said that they would not reimburse me for the new tires that I put on the truck or any of the money that I spent on the truck if I could not get it financed it will be the last time that I ever do any business with AutoZone Associates and I would suggest nobody else to do business or know your price before you go in there and not be like I was in need of a car and they overcharged me and thinks its very funny plus they sold me a car with the sensor lights on and a recall but they didnt want to acknowledge that and they keep telling me that the reason the tire sensor monitor keep showing up on the dash because of the cold weather I took it to the Chevrolet dealership in two of the sensors are out

I purchased a Chrysler 200, 2015 Malcolm was my salesman hes a good guy from what I could see, as well as Mr Antoine I really love my car, But their interest rate for me was at a 19.25%, So I was making my payments in a timely manner and I realized that a was going to pay for this car twice at that interest rate, So I decided to try this new Credit Union named Wings Financial, that I had just joined after I purchased my car I didnt go to them first because I thought my credit was so bad but I learned that it really wasnt, and the interest rate I received from them was 8.25% I was so happy and when I informed Auto Loan Associates of my good news because then they paid my car off, So now I make my payments to my Credit Union, But now Auto Loan Associates refused to give me my second key to my car, and a key for a push start vehicle could cost me about $250 for me to purchase just so I could have an extra key... I just dont understand why theyre holding on to my extra vehicle key. I no longer owe them anymore money.

I found Auto Loan associates via car guru, they had the cheapest cost for the car I wanted, from the moment I walked through the door I felt welcomed, they took a copy of my drivers license and said here drive as much as you need to see if you really like the car. The financing process was also pleasant, no pressure attitude, I actually think they were super patient with me, specially manager Antoine! because I think I asked them to run the numbers and terms by me over and over until we got to a monthly payment and term I liked, VERY PATIENT! They also gave me a great price for my trade in. Its been a few days and I am in love with my car, its perfect, and I have that feeling you feel when you know you got a great car at a great deal and no one needs to know about ;) Thank you very much. Do NOT do business here. Where to start.... I purchased a vehicle from this place and completely regret it. These people are your best friends until you pull off the lot. Buyer be ware. So many issues with this place they dont even deserve 1 star. For starters 3 weeks after I bought this car I needed to replace my back brakes and rotors. I havent even driven the car for 1500 miles yet. When I brought this to their attention they would not replace them. Told me they were not obligated to do anything. And told me to leave. So no I would not recommend this place to a friend or stranger.

What an experience, these guys have inventory of a big time dealership but customer service and personality of a smaller lot. You dont have to worry about aggressive sales people trying to bend you over just to get you out the door with keys in hand, this crew really cares about your situation and know that its unique to you and only you. They go out of their way to serve you and keep your interests as a priority while making sure you are not ever putting your self at risk for financial hardship in the future!!! AMAZING prices by the way, hard to beat their deals.
