Under the guise of trying to help you out because you cant afford a large monthly payment, they get you to go to their dealership. The first car they put me in wouldnt start. The second car they put me in was a great drive. They quoted me monthly payments that I could afford. They made me wait an hour an a half before informing me that the banks were closed and paperwork would have to be finished the next day. As it was a two hour drive to get to the dealership, this was a big deal. I was told that if I put money down on the car that it would insure that they would not sell it to anyone else. I did that and made arrangements to be able to make it to the dealership the next day. I called at 9am as they instructed me to do and nothing was ready. I was told that they would call me back. Hours passed and so I called them. They told me that they needed more bank information and so I sent it to them. They TEXTED me an hour later that it was the wrong information, so I sent them then correct information. With still no call from anyone at 4pm, I called once more to inform them that if I did not hear back from them by 5pm, that I would not be able to make it there to pick up the car until the next week. At 5:25pm they called my father (my co-signer) to inform him that the payments would be much higher than previously stated. Not being able to afford this, we had to call off the deal and asked for my money to be returned to me. I was initially informed that the refund would come as a check in the mail. When I didnt receive said check after a week, I called the dealership and was then told that since my down payment was on my card, that it would be returned to my card. I was told that I would receive a call back with a confirmation number that day. I was never called. I called the next day to tell them that I was not getting off the phone until I got some sort of confirmation number. I was transferred to some girl who barely seemed to know what she was doing to initiate the refund because they had NOT EVEN REFUNDED MY MONEY! Since it took six days for the money to come OUT of my account, I waited that many days for it to be returned to my account, which, it finally was. The person with whom I dealt with the most was Robert Randall. He is the sales manager. He never once called me, he lied about the deal he could get us (we were pre-approved), and he tried to steal my money. After doing some calculations, with the number and amount of the payments he offered us on the car, it would have almost doubled the cost of the car. Do not waste your time with these people unless you like paying way too much, getting lied to, and generally wasting your time.

Reading all these reviews I am happy I did NOT purchase a car here, however I did want to review my experience anyway. First of all I drove an hour to go to Auto Gallery. I got there to test drive a 2015 Kia Sedona that they had posted on the website for $24,852. Upon getting there I put my kids car seats in the van and put my kids in their car seats. My husband, myself, and my mother were all in the car with my two infant children. We were out test driving a vehicle when my husband and I switched so I could drive. All of a sudden we heard a sputtering coming from under the hood and the van shut off. We could not get it started at all so my husband started walking over a mile back to the dealership well I called them to let them know we were broken down on a Side Road and someone needed to come pick up myself and my two children. The first time I called some man answered the phone who barely spoke English and started telling me the price of the car was $34,000 and what the mileage was after I told him I was broken down with it on the side of the road. I hung up on him and called again to be told that someone would come get us. After 20 mins I called the dealership again because no one had showed up I was told to calm down. That someone would be on their way to get us. (Mind you I was 3 minutes down the road.) 5 minutes later my husband showed up in my own vehicle to pick us up. We left the Kia where it was and went back to the dealership and they could have cared less that we have been stranded and they didnt have anyone coming to find us they were more worried about where their van was and what happened. I have no idea why your 2015 broke down on the side of the road Im more worried about my kids being stuck somewhere and I have no idea where I am. Worst customer service ever I will NEVER go back there or recommend to anyone!!

Perhaps you think that this matter is resolved because Im not standing in front of you but its not. I wasnt asking that you move my January car payment to the end of my loan. I specifically said that auto gallery needs to take care of the January payment on my behalf because I missed an entire day of pay driving over an hour to your dealership AFTER the department of motor vehicle REFUSED to give me tags for the 2007 Honda Accord because their records showed a failed emissions test that youre dealership knew about when you sold me the car. When I called the dealership that same day Laura hung up on me, which left me no choice but to leave work and drive over an hour to your dealership. When I arrived you and/or Carlos agreed to cover the cost of the gas that I used driving there. So as for the gas it needs to be reimbursed. Especially since you told me the other day that the gas certificate was already in the mail. Im starting to see a lack of integrity all around. Furthermore, there were two occasions that my car was turned off ALTHOUGH MY PAYMENTS WERE PAID ON TIME. Not to mention the many other inconveniences since I bought this 2007 Honda Accord i.e. driving around for an entire month with a test drive tag on my car because you were unable to get a temporary tag for my car. So, you can either honor my requests OR PICK UP YOUR CAR AND ILL SUE AUTO GALLERY because Im done discussing these issues. Im copying Carlos on this message and MY ATTORNEY. And if necessary I will contact every television news station in Georgia. This text serves as your official notice. Please let me know how you wish to resolve this matter... Craig Stewart

Auto Gallery is the worst car dealer EVER. They could care less about who you are as a person and all they want is your money so buyers BEWARE. I wish I could give a zero star but I have to rate at least one. They sold me a truck which was junk on wheels. After purchasing the truck I tried to get it registered well there was a lien on the title. When they realized they couldnt get the lien released I was told to bring the truck back to trade it in for another one. As soon as I made it back to the dealership the truck broke down and of course they said the lien had been removed and they would not trade the truck in. The motor needed to be replaced after saving up and getting that fixed I head back to the registration office and what did they tell me the lien was still on the truck! So I called back to Auto Gallery and they finally got the lien removed but because it was after 30 days theres a penalty for registering your car late. Then the transmission goes out!! On top of that Auto Gallery wants to do nothing about the penalty THAT WAS THEIR FAULT!! Save your energy and time and go somewhere else. Youll thank me later!!!!!
