My experience with mcfl was really bad after doing business for a long time with mcfl my last one was bad after trying to buy a Focus for my wife I found out that they are liars and thief’s. I was to give $1000 down, week later I see that mcfl has withdrawal $750 of my bank account when I tried to call the finance manager (Dawnde) to ask why they took off $750 he hung up the phone on me so I came down to the dealership and talk to one of the Directors of Operations (Derric Terrentine) he told me it was a miss communication and my money will be back in 24 hours and that $750 was not put back. Same thing happened when I recommended my friend to them the sales person(Dwayne) told my friend to give him $500 cash to get him the deal he wants he also was to give$1000 down that he gave to the finance manager (Dawnde) also when he saw his contract they ended up putting extended warranty without asking when he asked to remove the finance manager(Dawnde) asked for $300 cash in order to remove it after that my friend ended up not buying the car and lost money because they told him the same thing they told me that he will get his $1000 in 24 hours already week has passed. This is the last time that I will be doing business with mcfl. If you are to buy a car from mcfl just keep your eyes open and check you bank statements.

I would highly recommend Jonathan Chambers and the staff at Malcolm Cunningham Ford. I had previously had a terrible experience buying a truck out of state at a Dodge dealership, as after I drove 7 hours to get the truck I found out it had 25% more mileage and they added more "doc" fees once I got there even though we had already agreed on the out the door price. Thankfully, I have nothing but praise for MCF. I live out of state and spoke with Jonathan regarding the F150 I was interested in. We spoke several times on the phone and he was very pleasant to deal with. They gave me a very fair value for my trade in and after we agreed upon the out the door price, I drove 4 hours to ATL. Jonathan had the truck washed and ready to go with a full tank of gas when I showed up. When it came time to settle up, I was pleasantly surprised to see that there were no extra charges. They stood behind the out the door price that Jonathan offered....not a penny more. Additionally, I arrived at the dealership 30 minutes before close and even though the process required them to stay over an hour past closing time, all staff members were very courteous and thankful for my business. Thanks again Jonathan and the rest of the staff at MCF for a very smooth process. Job well done!

I called Malcolm Cunningham Ford to try and make a deal on a 2011 Ford Flex Limited that was listed on their website. I spoke with Crista McMullen and we verbally came to terms over the phone for the vehicle price + the service fee at a 0%/60 month finance structure. She agreed to the terms and we arrived at the dealership later that evening ready to sign the paperwork. After sitting in the lobby for 20-25 minutes, we were presented with a complicated form with a list of numbers that didnt match up to the deal originally agreed upon with Crista McMullen. It was an obvious case of number obfuscation to confuse the seller. I wrote down what I expected to pay based on the terms agreed upon earlier. agreed upon vehicle price + service fee + tax, title and tag and the manager presented a figure that was $600 higher. What a horrible way to run a business. We should have simply walked in and had the figure we agreed upon over the phone presented to us with the paperwork ready to sign. I simply want people to know that this dealership does not honor the price they state over the phone and they deal in shady number practices to confuse the buyer.

STAY AWAY! These are not trustworthy people. The service department committed the worse crime you can to any elderly person. My 88 year old father had my sister drop of his 2000 Ford Taurus for an oil change. The service department called him telling him his AC was broken and would cost 1500.00 to fix and he had an oil leak that needed to be fixed at 1200.00... The Blue Book private sale value of the car is $2050.00, Trade in is even less. They charged my father $2050.00 to fix an oil leak and didnt even fix the AC, but still charged him $100 to tell him it needed a new part... The car has been parked in his driveway for several years and there are no oil spots in the drive making me question if there even was an oil leak that needed fixing. The service department taking advantage of the elderly is as bad as mugging an elderly person. This is shocking elderly abuse and what I believe to be criminal in nature. Do not trust these people.

I bought my first car several months ago from MCF. My salesman Earl did a great job, but after leaving I still have a bad taste in my mouth. They play a shell game to hide what you are actually paying for the car. Me and Earl negotiated the deal originally, but then sales manager came over to "close the deal". He was your typical sleazy car salesman type and it was impossible to get an honest answer/figure out of him. He just keeps trying to get you to sign different random forms as a commitment to buy the car. After being basically forced to write a positive review with a salesman standing over your shoulder, you then get the treat of talking to the finance guy. He is the biggest crook of them all. The numbers he presents are not what you originally negotiated. I love Ford and my new car, but I will not buy again from MCF. Months later I still feel like I got shafted on the car price and financing.

I just bought my 2nd vehicle from MCF. This time, however, I was trading in my Ford Escape to buy a used Jeep Wrangler. I found a jeep online and called the dealership, and luckily, I was able to speak to Jonathan Chambers in the used car sales department. I drove over there that night and Jonathan was ready for me. He was great! He didnt try to oversell me on anything. He was pretty balanced with his approach to my needs. I was very happy with the way he treated me and my partner throughout the process. They gave me a fair trade in value for my Escape, and the price on the Jeep was reasonable. As I was waiting to sign my paperwork, I was able to look around at the other sales people and hear them interact with customers and I must say, I think I got one of the best guys there. Sooo...if you are in the market for a car, call and ask for Jonathan Chambers. He was great to work with.
