I purchased a truck from Cannon Used Cars, Inc. on July 22, 2016 and here we are 2 months later and my title paperwork has still not been completed. I spoke to Kelly on September 1, 2016 to see what was happening with my title and she said that I would have to talk to Chuck that she did not handle the titles. So I followed up with an email that stated it was imperative that Chuck get in touch with me on that day or I would file a complaint against their dealership and within an hour or so Chuck contacted me and seemed surprised that it had not been completed. He stated that he would follow up with the auction and he assured me that he would get it taken care of. Well, here I am 20 days later and it is still not complete. I have heard nothing from the dealership regarding this matter. I emailed the dealership on September 15, 2016 with no reply and followed up on September 19, 2016 with an email and the response from Kelly was that I would have to talk to Chuck since he handles the titles. It seems to me that if you work at the dealership then you should contact that person and have them call the customer that is having the issue and not expect the customer to take care of it. I guess there is no sense of urgency in this matter since they already have the money for the truck. As of September 20, 2016 I filed complaints with the Secretary of State and The Georgia Department of Law, Consumer Protection Unit. I emailed Cannon Used Cars, Inc. to inform them of this and as expected they did not respond. I am not sure if this is how they normally conduct business but from the experience I am having I would not buy from them again and nor would I recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a used vehicle.

I never thought Id be going out of my way to write a good review for a used car lot, but these guys are a truly rare find, and deserve the praise. I recently bought a used Subaru Outback from them; the car was older and had quite a few miles, so I didnt expect perfection. Had the car inspected by my own mechanic as a condition of purchase (which I appreciated them accommodating me to do that) and it checked out fine. With a clean report, and clean bill of health from my inspection I bought the car (worked with a guy named Brandon who was super nice.) Just my luck barely a week after I got it, had a major breakdown and I was looking at a $1,200 repair (mostly labor of course.) Since I bought the car "as is" AND I had it inspected they had NO Obligation to help me (nor did I really expect them to). Despite this the owner himself (Chuck Cannon) had me bring the car in and they did the work in their garage and saved me HUNDREDS on the repair! They really didnt have to do that, and I was so impressed with how kind & honest they were. They went out of their way to make things right even when they had no obligation to do so. When it comes time for my wifes next car I owe it to them to at least take a look.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!! Paid $26,500 plus $199 for a full service on a 2008 Ford truck from cannon used cars in Georgia. Thats $26.500 not 2600! Bought it last Wednesday 04/13 and noticed on Thursday 04/14 that the truck was making a noise. Granted, the noise wasnt there when I test drove it. Took the truck to a mechanic and the turbos are bad along with the rear end and the oil cooler. Terry was very sympathetic but chuck was a totally different story. He offered to pay half of the repairs($4000) done by his mechanic if we brought it to him, although we live 2 hours away and would need to tow the truck. I feel like we are being penalized and railroaded so I asked if he would buy it back and his exact words were " not since you told me everything that is wrong with it" he got very loud and aggressive. So needless to say, I am the owner of a $26,500 truck that is sitting in my driveway. I dont see how he sleeps at night if this is the way he runs a business. I was really hoping to be a customer with a positive review but due to the fact I havent even got to drive my $26,500 truck but a few times and a very expensive mechanical issue, that really makes me an unhappy consumer.

Cannon used cars are awesome, Kelley is very helpful, I am very satisfied with my purchase. I had the vehicle transported to me from Atlanta to Michigan and it arrived in two days. I would recommend Cannon used cars as a first choice when buying a vehicle. Everything in the description and the pictures were very accurate and straight forward. I also got a call confirmation about receiving the vehicle with their concerns. They also have an open door policy when calling them about any information. Thank you Cannon used cars

Clean cars! Just bought an FJ Cruiser for my daughter. It was a great deal with great service. They under promised and over delivered. That is rare to find. Mr. Cannon and Chad run a great business!
