My experience with Rocket Auto Sales was a terrible, laughable experience. My experience reflected what my colleagues and familiy members had warned me about when dealing with these thieves. Let me first say, i approached this establishment as a cash buyer. We struck a deal and i purchased my vehicle 100%. The sales associate "Kacey", promised me a set of things prior to striking the deal. Prior to paying i asked to have those "set of things" in writing, but he insisted he was a man of his word. Come to find out, he did not deliver. I did not receive the full set of tires. To make matters worse, their on-site technician diagnosed that the vehicle has a transmission leak. I took the vehicle to Infiniti to get a full car inspection, and the drive shaft is leaking...NOT the transmission. Meaning their unqualified technician wouldve been meddling with the wrong parts. In light of that, i REFUSED to have them touch my vehicle. I requested that they compesate me to get the issue fixed at a QUALIFIED dealership, to no avail. In summary, when dealing with these dealerships, tread lightly..... or do yourself a favor, fix your credit and save up AND GO TO AN ACTUAL DEALERSHIP! I have a 700+ credit score and cash, i dont know what i was thinking. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNER: "We even gave you a check for $350 which your tech quoted you for repairs, why you signed the bill of sale and gave him CASH if he did not put anything in writting as per your review. " Please do not for one second try me as if i am incompetent of simple decisions. Infiniti quoted me $450 for the repair and your struggling dealership paid me a $350 check to cover that and tires LOL. As for why nothing was in writing, blame your sales associate. You say your company stands behind your cars, but does your stand behind your word? Youll deteriorate into yet another typical "Used car dealership".

As much as I wanted a car there, there were red flag everywhere that made me walk away. For one, the man at the front desk was very unprofessional. His use of language, everything. Second, we had to wait for someone to come back with the keys, bc they took them with them when they left the store. Why you ask? The owners wife had been driving the car around with the kids bc her car is in the shop. Because of that, the car was filthy! Inside and out. Hand prints on the window, food on the seats and the floor. I was beyond turned off. We decided to still take it for a test drive. The posting on their site had the mileage noted at 53k. When we started the car, the mileage was 55k. At that point, it wasnt about how good the deal was , it was me believing they were undeserving of my money .

I am not the type of person to write a review. Because I am very hard to please. However, when I say Rocket Auto Group went above and beyond to help me. This was the best car experience I have ever had! Kacey Blair Zey & AL (AMAZING) was completely wonderful... Worst Car Dealership you could ever purchase a car from every car on the lot has issues and since its emmision free county thats your problem if u want to buy a car u need to fix as soon as you leave the lot this is the place and the owner in conveniently never reachable so his worker because its only one can only do what he is told but they are crooks you where warned

Tried to but a Toyota 4runner from these fools. They couldnt get an emissions on it, put me and my wife vehicle with a slipping transmission for 3 months while they scratched there heads on what to do...if you by a car here, your the fool!
