They are a car lot no one should visit. Took five hundred dollars from my family. I took a cousin to purchase a car for her son and she picked out a Malibu. She preceded to purchase the car but was told that they had to do a emissions test on the car before it was purchased and that they wouldnt be able to do so until the following day because it was late. We said we would come back the next day but theyre salesman (Qwaun) insisted against my better judgment that she should put down a deposit on the car so they would hold it for her. She said that she would leave a deposit under one condition and the conditions was she may change her mind about which car she wanted the following day. The next day we arrived at GCC and my cousin had changed her mind about which car she wanted to purchase. She picked out a 2010 Cobalt. The salesman (Qwaun) was acting very leery about her change in cars and I couldnt see why because she was still buying a car from them. A more expensive car I might ad. Anyway the salesman (Qwaun) agreed on the terms and said all he had to do was get the emissions done and I quote (he knows it will pass) he just got to get it done. He said if it dont pass emissions he would give her the money back. I told him we could do it but he insisted that theyll do it. Anyway the salesman (Qwaun) said he would be back in 40 minutes. We waited and waited for over 4 hours and no return. I went in the office to ask why it was taking so long. One of the ladies in the office said she just spoke to (Qwaun) the salesman he on his way back and he should be pulling up shortly.30 more minutes passed by and no (Qwaun) the salesman. After sitting in my car for so long my cousin decided she would go in to speak with some one in the office. One of the personnel said to her they have no way of contacting (Qwaun) the salesman. So we said we were leaving and would come back later. Once they thought we were gone (Qwaun) the salesman pulled up and we pulled up right behind him. (Qwaun) the salesman said it didnt pass emissions so we asked for her money back and he said the deal was for the Malibu and he could do the emissions on it. We ask for the money back and he said he dont know if he could do that (he had to talk to the owner). We called the police and now its a civil suit. Im pretty sure that were just one of many that they have scammed.

Es el peor deler de Georgia bueno no creo que sele pueda llamar deler mas bien parese yonke sus carros son salvich y te los venden como si estubieran buenos pesimos vendedores todos los que trabajan ahi se disfrasan de vendedores cuando son una bola de lacras y corrientes con todo y secretarias me disculpo con las mujeres porque lo que mire esta muy lejos y prinsapal cuidado a todos los hispanos que somos las victimas de estos rateros que se disfrasan de traje cuando son unos puercos y corrientes animo mi raza si buscan un buen carro ahi no lo ban a incontrar

Worst experience in my life. Do not recommend this car lot at all. If you buy a car from them you will lose your money. The dodge charger i had the motor is messed up. It was orange and grey and its still on the lot but it has been painted black and grey. Was in a mechanic two weeks ago with the same problem this car needs to be trashed instead of sold. As for the two sailsmen they promise to fix the car and they dont. You get lied to about whos suppose to fix it and then exactly repo it and as hall county says civil matter. Sad they rip people off and can live with thereself.

This place is awful!!!!!!. I bought a vehicle there a day later the motor went bad, the breaks went out, the stater also went out. When i called to let them know and ask could they fix it all they said was we cant help you. I even tried to talk to manangement and was told didnt know who that was. I have tried to return the car and get my money back but they said no. Then they came and picked the car up from my house stating i owe them more money for it. But refuse to let me speak with management or the owner. This place is a rip off they are only out to get your money.

As like everyone else stated and the reviews are on point. Stay away from this shady place and if you do decide to purchase a vehicle from them. Make sure you get it checked out by a professional and not your uncle Bubba. They will sign an iou paper but will fail to repair the problem. I took the high road after the 4th attempt to get it resolved but since the rapair was minor, it wasnt worth the hassle to take them to small claims court. They will remove bulbs, thicken the oil, cover up the mess, remove fuses to hide repairs. BE CAUTIOUS fellas.

I eould not recommend to anyone. Not willing to work with you. They do not take the time to expain contract to you. Only offered me 6 weeks same as cash(promisary note) for the balance. Didnt explain about financing. I couldnt make final payment of promisaryerks! note on time. I was told when I accepted the deal by the salesman, that if this happened, they would work with me. Their idea of working with me was to reposess the vehicle and hold until I paid in full. Would not let me do a couple pmnts to finish paying. J

Not willing to work with my credit union. He told me maybe I should go to a different credit union instead of him trying to work with me. All that was requested was to register the car before the check was sent over, and they refused because "it would take 10-20 days for them to get paid." Bottom line is, they are only worried about getting paid asap instead of worrying about the customer or customer service. Do not go here.

My experience with GCC was one of a kind. I just loved Saul lol, I hope i spelled his name right!! But, he was my Sales person. He was absolutely nice and very caring of the people he come in contact with. He tells the truth, and he is very outspoken and he was very thoughtful. I am glad that I ran across them on Google. They are the best and considerate, they will help anybody out! Everyone should go to them.... :)
