Worst car lot I have ever done business with first I buy a 2000 f-150 from them get home and immediately begin to have problems not only engine but frame also the emergency break never worked, serpentine belt broke, tensioner pully locked up , air conditioning broke but thats not all the biggest issue happened while driving with my family (3 children) and the back end of the truck totally dropped down pulling the truck to the right causing me to swerve off road I thought maybe I had a blowout on the rear passenger tire but to my surprise the leaf spring was sticking about 8 inches through the bed of the truck causing the whole back of the truck to just rest on the frame. After further investigation I then noticed the leaf spring bracket was hanging from the frame after even further review of the bracket it was no surprise why it broke as it and everything else under the truck was totally rusted out but rust was not the only issue with this bracket it was obviously missing 30 to 40% of the bracket itself and had a bolt with a very sub par weld in place of missing metal holding it together.....thank god my kids where not in the back playing as a leaf spring with enough force to get through the metal of the bed and the bed liner would have been a potentially devastating injury to a child.... DO NOT!!! Do business with these crooks as they are not at all concerned about your (or your familys) SAFETY , comfort, or transportation seems very obvious they are only interested in repo and resale .... If anyone reading this would like video or pics of any mentioned above They will be posted to rivers auto Facebook page please comment and share so that good hard working people dont continue to loose thousands for a vehicle not worth a hundred

I had a great experience here! The people are very pleasant to deal with.. They were very busy when I came in and still made a point to see that I was not overlooked. I got a fair deal on a great vehicle..used cars arent perfect but they makes sure they aim to please their customers. I will continue to do business with Rivers Auto.
