I would give Milton Martin six stars if theres an option. What a pleasant and easy car shopping experience. We negotiated with five dealerships for a week and Milton Martin gave us the best price at the first quote. We called the dealership the morning we decided to purchase the car. They asked for my driver’s license and insurance proof so that they can get all the paperwork ready before we arrive. The car was ready and washed when we arrived at the dealership. Adam accompanied us for a test drive. (He even trusted us to go test drive by ourselves, but since we are not familiar with the area and may not make it back in hours, we invited him ride along). It was great to know that this dealership supports and hires veterans and many have worked there for 8-10 years. After the test drive, we came back to the dealership with all the paperwork ready for us to sign. I signed 4 signatures, none of which was a waiver of my legal rights or a release of their liability of any sort. Adam’s wife even prepared a customized gift packages with homemade cookies and snacks for us. It was so thoughtful! The next thing I know, I have the keys in hand and new car awaiting. Because of the new technologies that comes with this Honda Accord, they have a technician go over every bottom on the car with us and help us set up the car. It was so good to see a car dealership that focus on customer service. They did not talk or convince us to buy any additional products, services warranty. Everyone greeted us friendly and treat us like and family. Highly recommend this dealership if you are looking into buying a Honda. Thank you Jameson, Adam and Tim who has helped us with such a pleasant car purchase experience.

Do not do business with these people! They are dishonest, and do not keep their word. I bought a car from them a few years ago during a very difficult time in my life when I had nothing to drive and desperately needed a car. I was in a bad place emotionally and financially, but was absolutely desperate. I went in asking them to help me and explained my circumstances; also explaining that my credit wasnt great. The finance manager got a loan for me, however the interest rate was very high. She told me to agree to the high interest, pay on the car for 2 years, build up my credit, and then come back to her in 2 years and we would work together to get it refinanced and lower the interest rate. Thats exactly what I did!! I started calling her 2 years later, and she NEVER RETURNED MY CALLS! I even emailed her several times, but NO RESPONSE! Even if there was nothing she could do, she could have at least returned my calls, out of respect. I am now stuck with a loan that has an outrageous interest, and no way to refinance because the high interest has caused my loan to be much more than what the car is worth. I only agreed to buy the car because I thought they were going to help me. I was wrong to trust them. They only cared about making that deal! They took advantage of me during a horrible time in my life, and they knew all about it! What kind of person does that?? Please dont buy a car from Milton Martin Honda. Buy from a dealer that will truly follow through with their word.

My car died on me unexpectedly, and I had to have it towed. John Moore, the salesman I worked with, arranged to pick me up and drive me to the dealership - 45 miles away. As a young woman going through the buying process alone and in a rather desperate situation to get another car fast, I was nervous that I would be easily haggled into a price and monthly payment I couldnt afford or didnt want. I researched the used car selection on the website before even arriving at the dealership (it outshone any of the other dealerships in the Atlanta area in price and selection), and when I got there, he had both cars I picked out ready and waiting to test drive. The prices did not magically change from what they had been advertised online (except to go down), and I got exactly what I had wanted on my monthly payment, to the dollar. There was no hassle, no tricks, and I felt entirely informed and in control of the situation throughout the experience. John Moore was anything but pushy, he listened to my concerns, met all of my requests, and was more than accommodating. I left with the car I wanted, the payment I wanted, for a lower price than I had expected. Thank you John (and Milton Martin Honda) for turning a bad situation into a positive one and getting me back on the road!

I’ve been a loyal Honda owner for years, so when I decided to buy a new 2017 Honda H-RV I comparison shopped using a bid process with several Atlanta area Honda dealers. Every dealer wants to provide a wonderful buying experience, but what I consider a wonderful buying experience is a dealer that also works with me on negotiating the best price. Brad Hanson at Milton Martin did just that. There were no high-pressure sales tactics to get me to pay for several “optional” accessories that some dealers closer to Atlanta install on every car that hits their lot. Brad offered me exactly the car I wanted, with the options I wanted, at a very competitive price. He also worked with me over the phone to prepare the purchase paperwork in advance of my arrival, resulting in the fastest purchase process I’ve ever experienced. Before I left the lot in my new H-RV, Brad showed me how to operate several features in the vehicle and he pointed out features common on my other Hondas that I never fully understood. When you start looking for your new Honda, compare what Milton Martin can do with the bigger dealerships in Atlanta. You just might find it’s well worth a drive to Gainesville.

Do not go there if you have poor credit . I wish I knew this today.. I was excited about getting a nice pre-owned vehicle and got screwed....I went through them and they had the vehicle there but made me get me a loan through Sierra auto Finance instead of them and didnt realize that I have Spent 1500 dollar down payment to Milton and paid Sierra 1200 since April and only 600 have went towards my payment to a 2008 solara with 105000miles . I was trying to better my credit score... and I will refuse to pay 17000 dollars with there 24% interest included for a used car for the next four years.... should have dealt with carriage Nissan.. or should HAVE JUST FLUSH MY MONEY DOWN THE TOILET... OR MAYBE I JUST DID...Guess my credit will stay at poor because they are taking all my money....a company like this should never recommend sierra to any of there customers.....I was better off going to diegos auto sales off atlanta hwy in gainesville ga ... at least I knew they where taking every payment off and not taking it all for interest..

Searched online for several months looking for a low mileage used vehicle with great gas mileage and ended up choosing Honda Civics. Then searched online for the best price and, even though Milton Martin Honda was an hour away, they had the best price that I could find. Spoke with Gary Smith, their Internet salesman, and set up an appointment. Upon arrival the 2012 Civic we chose was ready to test drive. Gary Smith was full of information, but not overbearing and no pressure. After the test drive my wife mentioned shed really like a sun roof and whaddya know, they had one. They quickly got it ready and it drove even better. The entire process took maybe 1 and 1/2 hours, they had to stay after closing to get us processed, and never mentioned that it was a bother to them. In fact, they made us feel great about all they had to go through to get us the car we wanted. I wish I was a bit closer so I could take advantage of their service because I assume it is as good as their sales. I highly recommend Milton Martin.
