I have never been mad before.. My voice was shaking because I was trying to push down my anger..I had problems buying the car and it is causing more problems even now. Its been about 3-4 months and Ive been in contact with them since the beginning to solve problems. First the sales manager yells with his door open to the salesman that we can kiss the car goodbye with the offer we gave them. If you have been to the place you know how open the place is. He was so unprofessional and rude. The other manager stepped in and apologized and gave us what we wanted. Second, they gave us an WE OWE YOU for some of the damages the car had esp the hole on the roof shade. Which took forever to schedule because they never call you back when you leave a automated message and/or a message another employee wrote. Third.. Since we had problems with that manager we were there from 6-11! The next day when it was light out the paint color was different on one the sides. Their excuse was that it was probably a scratch and not caused by a wreck. (Information said the car was never in a wreck) LIES!!!!! Fourth, the next day of purchase we also realized that one of the doors wasnt working at all! So we call the sales guy and he said he will talk to the person in charge and it turned into a waiting game AGAIN! I called and called, left messages, went to the dealer even and nothing! The salesperson finally says okay lets schedule I will let them know so I go on the promised day only to find out that they refuse to fix it since its been months since purchase! You couldnt tell me over the phone?!!!! Is it my fault that it took months for you to schedule me?!!!! Fifth, from what I know cars come with 2 keys! If the previous owner didnt give the dealer 2 then you should provide 2! Not wait until after agreeing to purchase that it only comes with 1 key! Like WTF!!! Dont ever buy for them! They only want to get rid of the cars. The rumor is right! They get cars that were in wrecks, fix it, and sell! They point fingers to each other when you ask whos fault is it that the person you were trying to talk to didnt get the message from the person you left the message with. All my friends had similar complaints.

I luv the car but terrible experience. So I find a car that I want, I ask how much would the warranty cost. Im told 2,000. Get to the finance table, have my credit ran and now Im told 6k for warranty. The finance argued me to death that he never said that. Well luckily I have an app on my phone that automatically records every conversation. so I let him hear it, he than changes the amount . Next Im charged a dealers fee. So I tell the finance manager to take the dealers fee off, I saw the car online, and had the print out to prove it he says he cant take it off. So I tell him it against the law to charge an additional dealers fee in the state of Georgia if I saw the advertising online. Once again he argued with me, so I than show him the writen law, meanwhile Im recording everything be cause i just dont trust them.... Next Im told my second pair of keys were at another one of there location and they would get it to me asap. Still havent received it. Luckily I have screen shots of my communication with my salesman and also audio recording. Next I contact the tag office and ask why havent I received my plate yet. Im told that the dealership never did an emission and were not suppose to sell a car without an emission. i contact dealer and they tell me get it done and theyll reimburse me. got it done and now Im driving 50mile from work to retrieve $25, so basically gas money. I thought Id drive there to pickup my keys, upon arrival still no keys. Im a firefighter and my wife comes by to pickup the new truck to take my kids and there friends to soccer practice. so im forced to leave my keys in the truck whenever im on a emergency call. Back to the plates. Im told by the dealership that i can go pickup my plates now. well i go to pickup my plates and im told the dealer never paid for my plates. Well the dealer deffinetly charged me for the plates, so I guess I have to pay for plates twice... youve been warned!!!

We recently bought a car from ALM- never again and hope that anyone who reads this will never buy from this company- we brought the car home and on the way home I could hear dozens of coins that were rolling around behind or in the dash!!!!! My husband and I both test drove the car taking turns driving it because we had our then 4 month old in tow. We contacted ALM after visiting the Lexus dealership that week (as our car is/was still under warranty) to give it a look over and they confirmed our suspicions about the coins otherwise car in great shape. Thank goodness (or so we thought) ALM took our car back, guaranteed us that their "specialist" would take dash apart and retrieve all the coins ($2.85 worth of mostly quarters). Now a few months later we have new water damage in the cabin of our car(lots of it)!!!! This last week we took our car to the Lexus dealership once again and after several days and many conversations later told that ALMs "specialist" did sketchy work on our car leaving circuits disconnected for lights, loose bolts, scratches on the steering column, a heater box broken and duct taped back together and to top it all off a tube disconnected that was draining water into the cabin of our car ruining the carpet! And now of course because of the damage and bad work this likely voids our warranty for any issues that happen in the future :( Now when I contact ALM to attempt to ask them take responsibility for the negligent work that was done greater than 5k dollars worth of damage they avoided my calls for almost 2 weeks and now refusing to take responsibility to bad service work claiming I cant prove it was them despite a clear timeline and photo documentation. These guys are the epitome of a used car dealership if theres anything you can do its avoid this place at all costs!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!! I spoke with ALM about a vehicle for almost a week trying to agree to a price, trade value and everything else before making the 4 hour one way trip down there. We agreed and the salesman, Shannon, basically begged me to come down that Saturday. I told him the earliest I could would be Sunday or Monday. We set a meeting time of Monday at noon and I put a $500 deposit to hold the car until then. I was just about to pull into the dealership after driving 4 hours when Shannon texted me saying the car wasnt ready and they would need another day. I was furious to say the least but I stayed calm and pulled into the dealership and spoke to Shannon. He stated they were servicing the car and discovered some stuff that needed to be fixed. He said that they would finish the car by the next day and deliver it to me so that I did not need to drive all the way back. So I said that would be ok and drove 4 hours back home. Three days later, I still had not received word the car was ready. Shannon said they were still working on it and had to replace the heads. At this point I no longer felt comfortable buying the car and requested my deposit back since they were not able to follow through on their end of the deal. Shannon said that was fine and said he put in the request to refund my money. Now about two weeks later and Shannon will no longer respond to me and I do not have the refund. I was very patient and calm despite driving an 8 hour round trip for nothing but I have lost my patience. This is unacceptable. Worst car buying experience I have ever had and I used to manage a car dealership. I would never have done this to any of my customers.
