We bought our 2007 Chevy Tahoe (clean and incredibly low mileage) from Ernest Motors a little over 1 year ago while we were looking to trade up to fit our family. We have had the best experience from the minute we drove into the lot until we walked out with our papers in hand! Ernest motors goes above and beyond to take care of their customers and the vehicles even after we drive off the lot!!! (How many other dealerships can you say that about).Other than regular maintenance, we have not had any mechanical issues at all with this vehicle. They even offer to take care of the service issues for their customers at an AMAZING price we can definitely afford.They are sure to take care of us and not take advantage, like many others in the business are known to do. They are truly invested in all they do and we can not express how grateful we are to have found them. With all this said...We will be purchasing another vehicle from them rather than go anywhere else. Gary, Tony, and Byron...Thank you for your amazing service!!

Out looking for a replacement vehicle I come to this quiet location. I didnt see anything I could afford. I told Tony my budget and he quickly pointed out a Suburban they just took in that was being detailed. We drove about three miles to their detail people. After the first drive I was sold. It is a pure family atmosphere, because while I was waiting to close, an employee sat down next to me - he and I shared a laugh of a funny video on his phone. The next day the Suburban was mine. This was quiet possibly the smoothest transactions I have ever experienced buying a car. My 2005 Suburban is an absolute thing of beauty. I enjoy walking out to my garage just to look at it. Just a customer service note - A few days after the purchase I had to return to the dealership for some papers. In conversation I told the owner I bought a new battery. He said I wish I told him as he would have let me buy one at his price. I thought that was nice. No dealer has ever said that to me before.

Bought a van from them a couple years ago. 2 weeks after buying, my check engine light came on get it checked out it was the catalytic converter i go back to them, he said he wont do anything, but he can turn the light off... Then a couple months later the transmission had to be replaced. Replaced it and 6 months later it had to be replaced again. They said there was a underlying issue. But by that time I was done. Looking at getting a new car, and definitely never going back to these guys, or recommending them to anyone. And even my mother in law went there to talk to them at some point and the manager asked a lady my mother in law was speaking with "what are you telling her!? We are trying to HELP you (after she had been back 3 times to make them fix a problem with her car). Horrible customer service, if you want to keep selling cars try not selling lemons, try to fix what YOU KNOW is wrong with the cars, instead of just turning lights off

Didnt notice wind noise during test drive, as salesman had heat on blast and radio on, which goes louder as speed increases. When we returned, car started beeping. He said it was because he had opened the sunroof by mistake. I noticed wind noise once I turned the radio down, when I was almost home. Next day horrible wind noise. I searched on wind noise to find a number of posts about wind noise, CVT, and electrical problems. Had a thought recreate test drive...heat blasting, radio on and open sunroof. You guessed it! Noise gone. The level of dishonest is obvious. Go to dealer to express concern. Saleman says "You bought a car...You are an adult". The person he said was the mgr on Thursday is now selling cars and I meet the real manager. I cant imagine they treat the local patrons this way.

Ernest motors is an excellent place to buy a car. I bought a used 2006 nissan titan from them. As with any used car, there were a few issues that later arose with it. However, this is here ernest motors shines, their customer service. Gary eagerly offered to resolve the issues free of charge and got my truck back to me in pristine condition. There was never any hassle, runaround or deception. Everything and everyone was straightforward and very HONEST. I would recommend this place to my parents, grandparents, and even my future children. If you are looking for a used car, Ernest motors is the place for you to get one. No question that this will be where i will be buying all my cars from in the future.

done with this dealear ship been to this lot at least 7 times trying to buy a truck they will not deal on their trucks. was there today and when i asked the salesman to come down on a truck that i was trying to deal on he said he could not do that instead of maling a counter offer he just walked away REALLY. i believe giving anybody a second chance but they got 7 and still failed so just so you know they are high on there trucks and your gonna pay it or forget it i have stoped recommending them to my fellow co workers and any one else who ask about them. maybe if people will take a stamd with this dealership only then will they do better or close their business

Exceptional service not common from a small dealer! These guys go the extra mile plus one to ensure you get the best deal possible. On top of that stood behind the vehicle I bought 110%. Ive bought many vehicles (I operate a fleet) in the past and have never been treated as good as I was at Ernest Motors. Its hard to find a trust worthy car dealer these days but here you feel like family and are treated as such. Thank you Gary and Byron for making my purchase not only a great experience but a worry free pleasure! You guys are the best. Looking forward to our next deal!

I bought my 2007 Toyota Camry from Gary at Ernest Motors a few years ago and couldnt be happier!!! I LOVE it!!! They were very professional and just good, fair, honest, down to earth people....unlike some of the other used car lots I visited. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family. They know what the words customer service mean and simply do great business. So all you negative posters, go on down to the other worthless dealers. Theyll be happy to sell you something theyve rigged. I know because Ive already dealt with them. Happy car hunting.

This was the best experience hands down I have ever had buying a vehicle. No is telling people to write reviews for these guys they earn respect because they stand behind the word and the vehicles even if it does not suit them. Well Ill just say that they know everything that transpired with my deal as do I and Im here to tell you that you cannot go wrong dealing with Earnest Motors. They have beautiful inventory, very good vehicles, and they treat you they way you should be treated. Please call Earnest Motors before you buy anywhere else.
