Consumers please be aware of your car shopping, I purchased vehicle from this sales lot about 2 years ago. I was young and was taken advantage of even having good credit. Graham Auto Sales told me to financed with a shady company; they claimed it was my only option. The car I had was financed for 43 months; I was very blessed to have been able to pay the car off in 4 months after signing for it. The finance company they assigned to me would not let me pay it off as early and I had to keep fighting with them to do so. After I paid the car off the finance company still kept their tracking device in my car, I had to fight for them to take it out of my car. The time the device was taken out equaled to the anniversary of the car being purchased from Graham Auto Sales. So it took 4 months to pay the car off and 8 months for the finance company to take out the tracking device out of the car. The car was in a wreck before I brought it but it was never repaired it was half done. The car was in bad shaped even after being blessed to pay the car off in 4 months after financing it; a lot of work still had to be done the tires given to me were dry rotted and bald. I had to get an transmission flush done to the car it was whining before. The control arm bushing ball joint is busted from the wreck it was in that was never repaired after I brought it, not being repaired means it makes an annoying squeaky sound every time I go over a speed bump or down a hill even bumps in the road. This was the worst first time buyer experience for me to ever experience. I wish I had just gone to Car Max, being young and a college student limits you from many choices that you have to make. My advice to all... consumers shopping around is to please be mindful and careful and dont hesitate to shop around for other cars. Dont get me wrong the car is very nice and runs great it has a lot of maintenance that has to be done from Graham Auto Sales not doing it. I wanted to inform Consumers about this Sales place back in September of 2013 which was the month that I paid off the car, but several things conflicted with my time schedule.

I bought my car from Grahams a few weeks ago. I wanted to wait to leave a review until I drove the car a bit and got a feel for how they operated. First of all, the day I bought the car, these guys were EXTREMELY helpful. I was in need of a SUV and they got me into it that day without many issues. Very friendly people. For being 10 years old, interior and exterior of the vehicle is in very good shape. However, that is as far as it goes. After having the vehicle for three days, the dashboard lights starting lighting up like a x-mas tree. The vehicle was vibrating at stops, the traction control was not working, and the brakes were not working well at all. I took it for a AAA inspection and they told me it had numerous problems with the brakes (over 2 grand worth of issues). I called Grahams and they said to take it to their shop, West Walton. The lady there was very nice and sweet and after about a day of having the vehicle, they called me and said they replaced the brakes including the booster*. However, I am still having problems with my brakes. The SUV will violently vibrate at any point (even going down the hwy at 65mph), the engine looses power, and the brakes start smoking. I took it back to West Walton for a second time with the blessing of Grahams and they claimed they could not find a thing wrong with it. Grahams seems like a good place to go with friendly, helpful people (they even offered to program my key fobs since the vehicle did not have any). However, they really need to find a better mechanic. They are willing to listen and help out but their mechanic is not good at all. Looks like I am going to have to pay the 2 grand to get it fixed at another mechanic because I drive a lot for work and I cannot have brakes that decide to stop working and start working whenever they feel like it. *Funny story...the guys at AAA marked the booster so we could tell whether or not they actually changed it. Turns out, the marks are still there and when I contacted West Walton, they are now claiming they never replaced the booster.

I bought a car from them and as soon as I got home the check engine light came on. I called them and they said that they would take care of it. They send me to their mechanic and they made me leave the car there. A week later the mechanic called and said that the car was ready. Drove off the lot and everything seemed fine. As soon as I got home the light came on again. I called Graham again and they said to take it back. Once again, I was out of a car for a week. The mechanic called and said that they rebuilt the transmission, since that was the problem. They assured me that it was fixed and I would never have an issue again. Once again, I get home and the problem continues. I called the sales person and they said that they will fix the problem since customer satisfaction is their #1 priority. I took it to my mechanic and they said that I had 4 motor mounts and 2 transmission mounts broken. If they fixed the problem they would of noticed the broken mounts. I called them and told them of the problem and they said that it went their problem anymore and its not in their policy to fix those issues, They sell LEMONS!!!! They have lots of people that keep bringing the cars back. Dont go there and buy a car even if they do have a TRUST DALE certification. THEY ARE CROOKS!!!!!

I should of waited before i left a review first and foremost i bought a 2006 f250 it drove fine when i test drove it and no leaks. After about a month i had an oil leak so i called and they said go to walton automotive so i did and then they said go to insane irsh diesel which i did and was suppose to fix it which i thought they fixed it! I was wrong it leaks oil like crazy and i gotta put oil in it every month it has a rear main seal leak and a bad fuel injector and it runs rough! I was told they would help me with expenses if it had problems when i first bought it and i was lied to! Iv had it for four months and im already looking at 2grand maybe more to fix it. My advice to people buying here is if it dont say warrant and it says as is no warrantty DONT BUY IT! Also i emailed and messaged over facebook explaining my problems and not once did i get a reply! Appreciate the help! Idc what these people tell you there good at lying dont let these fake people sell u a vehicle! Dont get taken advantage of like i did.
