This business is untrustworthy and deceptive at best. I went to look at a vehicle (2004 Pathfinder) in June, gave it a test drive and a thorough look over for obvious signs of abuse or problems. I checked the oil and it was clean and up to level. It showed no signs of leaking or burning oil. The salesperson (Simone) told me the vehicle ran great and had no issues except for a rear window that did not roll up/down and that they drove it all the time running errands. I purchased the vehicle for $5,250 and a 3 month/3,000 mile warranty (another wasted $210) from Shannon and was given a pamphlet and told everything that she circled on the pamphlet, was covered under warranty. The vehicle broke down on the drive home (it went into a safe mode called "limp mode"), which is less than 50 miles away. They agreed to pick it up and fix the problem and even told me they did an oil change on it when I got it back. The vehicle broke down again less than two weeks later. I took it to a local mechanic who said it just needed an oil change and that the oil was about two quarts low and black. I checked the oil again about a week later after only driving it about 40 miles, and again the oil level was low and black. Now I know why Automotive Expressions did that oil change as a big favor to me three weeks before.... they obviously knew this vehicle was eating oil and they wanted to cover the fact. I called the warranty company and explained the issue and was told that the problem was not covered under the warranty because it was a " pre-existing problem" and considered "reconditioning" of the vehicle. They also explained to me that the dealer was supposed to review and give me a copy of the contract that explains that. I also had issues with my registration and every time I called them about it, Shannon would basically just blow it off and tell me there was nothing she could do. After my first temporary tag expired I finally got Shannon to make a call to the title company two days before my second temp tag expired. Shannon tried to tell me that I needed to call her if I had a problem, so I reminded her about the four times I called before and how she blew it off and never got back to me. She even assured me that I could drive with an expired tag.... even though Georgia law specifically says that it is illegal to do so. My second temp tag expired today as I write this, and Im still waiting to be street legal. This is the type of dealership that you should avoid at all costs. Save your money and shop at a reputable business, this place will take your for an unpleasant ride.

Where do I begin with this place? This isnt the usual type of used car dealership where it looks shady on the outside and has people who dont look or act trustworthy. This place is run by a supposedly "Christian" family. They set up their shop to look family friendly and like they are good, upstanding people. So I thought I could trust them with an 04 civic. Before purchasing, I brought the car to my trusted mechanic. He of course told me that the previous owners of the car had ragged it out and it was in need of a tuneup, timing belt (at 121,000 miles this dealer did not even think to change the timing belt on a civic. And when we confronted them they replied with "well if it shows any signs of wear then we change it. Anyone who knows anything about cars knows that by the time the timing belt shows wear, it is about too late. You shouldve already changed it.) So anyway I came back with this information and they came off the price $200 or $300, I cant remember. And they even "checked" the car based on what my mechanic reported and denied everything. 2 days after I buy the car, thinking ok I can just put in the money to fix these things, the gas cap lever breaks. I fix that. Then I have the timing belt, the tuneup done. Then my mechanic really gets into the car and says the car has sat for so long its lower control arm bushings are dry rotted. THEN. After I have all of this done, I have the car back thinking Im good to go, my alternator goes out. My engine locked up in the middle of the road, lights didnt work (IT WAS AT NIGHT TOO) and the a/c went out and my battery was totally killed because of it. So I got the alternator replaced and I had to charge my battery all day. So to sum up. This woman (this "Christian woman") said, and I QUOTE "this car is so safe and reliable, Id let my kids drive in it any day" This car is a huge piece of junk. And it is worth $3,500 (if that) and I have paid over $7,000 total. Do not use this dealer.

I cant believe these negative reviews are talking about the same place that I know and have stopped by "just looking" several times over the past year or so. I bought a high mileage, extremely well maintained and clean, Saturn Ion for my son about a year ago and it would still be going today if he hadnt been rear-ended a couple of weeks ago. I met the owner through a mutual friend when I originally started looking for a vehicle for my son. He is a very nice and hard working man that is usually there 7 days a week. Like most small used car places, I believe most of their vehicles are bought at auction but, based on my experience, he really tries to go above and beyond most other dealers by inspecting the cars personally and repairing anything he finds. Obviously, I dont believe he is going to put a couple grand worth of repairs in a car that he cant sell for much more than that due to age and mileage. I have personally seen him walk around the cars with potential customers and explain exactly what he has found and repaired or, if not repaired, he points it out and says "this needs to be taken care of" or "this is cosmetic and doesnt effect the operation". Things break with no warning sometimes. You cant blame the dealer for everything, they are USED cars. I bought a new Ram EcoDiesel from the dealer and got an engine warning light at less than 8k miles. It wasnt the dealers fault. Sometimes things just happen. I know I am going back to see if he has something else for my son. If he does, Ill buy it. Just my $0.02

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a vehicle from them in early February. They were this "Christian family owned dealership" that sold me a vehicle that was titled (with a lein against it) in the state of Indiana. When we made the purchase, I was told there was a clean clear title, I paid my fees and was supposed to have a title in the mail within a few weeks. Here it is well over 6 months later and they have just completely fallen off the face of the Earth. They wont send me the documents I need. They wont email, text, answer calls, anything. I paid $4500 for something that they legally couldnt sell me. This place is crooked and needs to lose their license. Buyers beware! They put on a good show. Dont let them fool you too.
