I took an appointment at Kia of Ann Arbor to check why the airbag red light was on in my car. It took an hour to get the problem checked and fixed. I was not charged because of the nature of problem that was causing the alert. However, when I got my keys and was about to leave, I was surprised to find that the car would go off, including devices that only need the battery to run, after 5 seconds of turning it on. I tried multiple times and the same happened. Apparently, they fixed one problem and caused another. I think this might indicate lack of care in their work. I instantly went back and the person at the front desk said that he will have the problem checked. After 10-15 minutes, they got back to me with the problem fixed. Instead of apologizing for their mistake, they denied that there was any problem, and, I guess sarcastically, they suggested that my knee might have been hitting the key causing the problem to happen!!! I dont recommend this place if there is an alternative for checking a problem you have with your Kia.

I had to walk out of this place. My fiance and I were looking to lease a newer car or potentially buy a used car. We worked with Brian and I would never go back. He insulted us several times. Made comments about our current used car, never sat down with us, and over all made us uncomfortable. He was bouncing all over the place not paying very much attention to us all even though we had a 10am appointment and were there before they opened. We asked for pricing on a certain vehicle and he was reluctant to give us the price. He tried talking us out of buying it. When we were on a test drive two other people came in who were sitting with him. We walked in and he just ignored us until I finally gave the keys to another employee and left. He was condasending and as a sales person myself I would never feel that trust I need to buy something. We left and went to Lofontaine in Saline and were treated so much better. I am giving people a heads up.

We drove here from Lansing because the Kia Sorento they had was such a great price and it was a certified used car. Off the bat when we called from our bank to question after the car, the manager Tim was so helpful and prompt at sending the information our bank asked for. When we got there we were greeted by Blake, who is seriously just one of the nicest salesmen I have ever met and made our experience worth the hour plus drive. He even drove to our home later that week so we could sign the title just so we didnt have to take another trip down there with our 1.5 year old. Thank you Kia of Ann Arbor and especially Blake! I highly recommend coming here, we are extremely happy with our Sorento but even more so with the service we recieved and will definitely come back here for our future car purchases!

This dealership has been less than stellar. The salesman who leased me my KIA Soul in May of 2016, left or was fired one month later and I have been unable to get any kind of personalized service on my account since. The vinyl detailing that was put on the car by A2 Customs on Jackson Road in Ann Arbor, along both sides of the car, almost immediately started peeling off, which makes the car look terrible. A2 will not take responsibility for this shoddy work and KIA wont even give me an answer about how to resolve this. I stopped by the KIA dealership today, at around 12:15 and no one was there, the door open and nobody there! A hand-written sign on the door said to call 663-7770 for "help", with no area code, nothing. Really tacky and off-putting and just poor customer service all around.

Ryan Yamamoto was the best salesmen Ive ever come in contact with! The sales manager Mike Piotrowski bent over backwards, jumped through hoops, and did everything possible to see to it that I got the 2013 Kia Optima for the price I could afford along with the convenience package that I wanted. Those two together along with the beautiful car I got, made this the best car purchasing event Ive ever experienced. I had to drive almost an hour to away to find a this deal. I tried another Kia dealership, Ford and multiple GM dealerships for a comparable car in my area for about a while, and no one could top Ryan, Mike and Kia of Ann Arbor. The customer service was second to none, and they both displayed so much patience and knowledge of their processes and car.

I have taken my car here for 2.5 years. I put up with their overpriced shenanigans for long enough. The straw that broke the camels back was when I picked up my car after a 900 dollar service and there was a check engine light on, when I had never had a check engine light in 60,000 miles. The service manager Bob nor his employees ever apologized when I had to leave my car there an additional night and told me it was probably a "coincidence." The next day they assured me it was due to wear on a valve and nothing they did. Although they fixed it with no charge, a simple apology for the inconvenience or an admission of guilt would have stopped this review. As such, I will never take my car back here and will be contacting Kia directly.

I have been a customer of Kia of Ann Arbor for over 9 years, I have leased 3 different Kias and my husband has bought 2 of my leases for his use. I had such a bad experience with a salesman manipulating me into a Kia I did not want. The next day I brought it back and the manager put me into another Kia Sportage. They send a coupon booklet with oil changes and these had the wrong VIN number on them so therefor they are not honored. I have contacted KIA of Ann Arbor several times to get this changed with no return calls or help of any kind. I keep getting voice mails when I call. I would not recommend this facility. The new management is not up to par as the previous managers and sales staff. I will never return.

That was one of the best car-buying decisions I have ever made. Kia of Ann Arbor’s superb salesmen, Ryan Yamamoto, was a true professional from the beginning. Ryan helped me evaluate all possible options to make sure I left with the car of my choice. I chose a 2014 Kia Cadenza over comparable Acura TL, in part because of the knowledge and advocacy of Ryan and his staff. If you want a great deal and knowledgeable staff visit Kia of Ann Arbor and definitely ask for Ryan!

We had an awesome experience at Kia of Ann Arbor! Ryan Yamamoto worked with us and did a great job getting us the absolute best deal he could on our 2013 Optima. He and his manager Mike worked hard to get us all the rebates they could and we ended up getting a great price. Excellent customer service and all the people there were very non-pressuring and were not overbearing at all - like some sales people can be. We now have two Kia Optimas - a 2009 & a 2013 and I can guarantee that when we go to buy another car, Kia of Ann Arbor will be our first stop! We highly recommend them!
