Let me preface this review by saying that my wife and I have a long track record of purchasing vehicles. As a matter of fact (I had to go back and count them up), weve bought 16 cars in the last 16 years, 13 of those coming from dealerships. Needless to say, we have worked with some good ones and definitely some bad ones. I can honestly say (and if you read nothing else beyond this point, this is all that matters), Milton Martin Toyota and our sales representative, Brian Carden, have been the absolute BEST of the BEST! If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would - no hesitation! In this instance, I purchased a 2011 Ford Flex from Milton Martin Toyota and received an exceptional level of service throughout the sales process but, most importantly, AFTER the sale was finished. I first inquired about the vehicle via the internet and, since it was new to their inventory and no pictures were yet available, I asked Brian if he could send me a few photos and give me a complete rundown of any scratches, dents, dings, or other things that might be "less-than-perfect". Being that we are an hour away from them, I wanted to know all of this before making the trip or putting in a deposit to hold it. In literally two minutes time, I had an email back with several photos and the information I had requested. No pressure or any sales pitch to get us in, just the information I wanted and an offer to assist in whatever way he could. We couldnt get up there for a couple of days, so I asked about putting in a deposit to hold the car. Brian took a credit card number to hold it, but told me they would not charge it, which is pretty unheard of. Most dealers require an actual, non-refundable deposit to do this. I was pretty impressed that Milton Martin Toyota was willing to work with me on that because its always a little "iffy" when you start having to put down non-refundable money for a car you havent seen. A couple of days later, we made the trip up, looked over and drove the car, and couldnt have been more comfortable with the whole process, the staff, and the facility. GREAT job all around and a very stress-free experience. Now for the FUN part...a couple of days later, a rear seat fold/release latch failed. Even though the car was used, sold as-is, and Milton Martin Toyota had no obligation at that point to do anything about it, I figured Id at least ask Brian if they might be willing to assist with it since it worked while we were there making the purchase. To my surprise, he told me that they would have one of their vendors take a look at it and see what was needed. No arm-twisting, no tooth-pulling necessary. To go a BIG step further, he even got it cleared for me to receive a loaner car while it was being worked on. To give you an idea, up until a month ago, my wife had a Honda Odyssey for the last six years or so which we took into the local Honda dealer for all maintenance and repairs over that period and never ONCE was a loaner car offered when we had to leave the van for an extended period. Same has been true with pretty much every other car weve owned. This was a first. In the end, they figured out what was needed to fix the seat release and ordered the part. The total cost was $530 and although they couldnt cover the entirety of it, Brian was able to get it split for us. Unfortunately, it was on backorder, so we had to wait about a week and a half to get the car back, but no big deal. Overall, that was a small price to pay and Milton Martin Toyota and Brian went WAY above and beyond to make things right. And this was for a USED car....not even their own MAKE! THIS is what service is SUPPOSED to be. We traded in my wifes van a month before this and had the exact opposite experience (looking at you Athens (Landmark) Dodge). I now wish we had waited and done business with Milton Martin Toyota on that, but at least we know for next time. We will absolutely be back to see Brian and could not offer a higher recommendation if youre in the market for a new or used vehicle!

My husband and I bought a used 2011 Kia Sorento from Milton Martin a year ago and we had a great experience purchasing the car, we even sent my in-laws there to buy both of their new Toyotas from them. My Kia had 54,000 on it and three weeks ago at 72,000 miles my husband was on the highway and my car just completely stopped on the highway. My husband was able to make it to work (which he works at a auto shop) and he had one of his mechanics to take a look at it, in which he found that my engine had completely stopped. He said it had sludge in the engine which has been progressing for over a year and it would be $5200 to fix my car. So we had our car towed to the Kia Mall of Georgia because Kia corporation wanted them to look at the engine to see what was going on. And they two said that the engine had sludge in it and it looked like the car had not been taken care of by the previous owners. So we started to look into our paperwork we got from Milton Martin, and the Kia warranty was not good due to we were the third owner of the car and we were over 60,000 miles. So my husband called Milton Martin after a week of no return phone calls they finally called us back and stated we needed to have it towed to their shop. So we pay a second towing fee to get the car from Kia to Milton Martin. They look at my car and gave my husband a call and stated that it wasnt their problem and yes it was the engine. So come to find out since we were the third owners of the car the Kia warranty that was told we still had before we got to $60,000 was invalid, and that the owners before us did not take care of the car. So my husband had a meeting with Milton Martin and they said that they didnt even look at the engine because it wasnt giving any problems and they couldnt help us. So now we are paying $25,000 for a car that we have to pay another $5200 for a new engine AND my car is only worth $7200. We have been treated very badly and we will never buy a car from this dealer. We are currently looking into a law suit because we are told the engine should have been looked at prior to them selling us the car. We just wanted our car fixed and they wouldnt even help us with that. Good Luck Milton Martin because you will never have us or our families as customers again.

Im actually very pleased with the purchase of my vehicle at Milton Martin Toyota. I had been looking for crew cab trucks, mainly Ram, F150 and Tundra. The newer Tundras were a bit out of my price range that had the options I was looking for, and the F150s I looked at were about the same. Luckily for me, I found a 2013 Ram 1500 Big Horn loaded with only 9600 miles on Autotrader from this Toyota dealership asking what I thought was a really fair asking price. I called the dealership and spoke with Marissa (sp?). She answered what questions she could that I had over the phone, and went to inspect the truck and called me back right away with answers to the others. I scheduled an appointment on a Friday to come test drive (45 minute drive for me) and she put me in touch with Brian C. The truck was amazing, but I knew in order to get it, I would need to work out a deal on the price along with my trade in that I was under on. We were not able to come to an agreement that Friday on price, as we were off by $600 and let me walk (I was at my bottom line). I had every intention of waiting a few months to start looking again with a larger down payment than what I could afford to put down, but the following Monday, Brian C. calls to check on me and see if Im still in the market. The Ram didnt sell over the weekend so he stated that they would be able to let the truck go at my bottom line price. I immediately jumped at this, went in the next day, and drove off in my awesome new (new to me) Ram. I took off one star from the review only because I had to wait over the weekend to get the price that I wanted, but overall I had a great experience with them. Marissa couldnt have been nicer to speak to, and Brian was a pleasure to work with. I now have the truck of my dreams at a great price. Its an amazing feeling when you know youve just purchased a vehicle that you know you will want to keep and enjoy many years beyond the day you make your last payment. When that day comes and Id like to give a Tundra a try (or whatever comparable vehicle Toyota offers in the future), Ill definitely check out Milton Martins website first.
