My experience was incredible. I took my time picking out the right car but David was patient with me even though I came in several times to test drive. I finally found the perfect car and I have been so happy with my decision. I have not had any problems with my car and all I have had to do was oil change. I referred my mom and sister and both purchased vehicles from David. My mom got a white Ford Ranger truck and sister got a Mountaineer SUV which she absolutely loves!!! She got a warranty with her SUV and the water pump went out after a couple of months and the pump was covered under the warranty YAY!!! So I can honestly say we have all received exceptional service from 5 Star Auto Sales. I know just about everybody there and everyone is super nice and helpful. I feel like I am appreciated and it is nice to see my picture on the wall near the payment counter to remind me of my great experience. Thanks 5 Star Auto Sales you have won my business for life! I will continue referring my family, friends and anyone else looking for a car!! I will be in need of a car for my daughter soon so I will be up there soon to see David. Thanks again!!

This is the worse place ever! No its not customer service they are all nice at first they can talk u into buying any junk on the lot. Its the cars they have they are Junk.. and when u tell someone there that they need to be fixed oh well its ur car now even though u havent had the jeep a week and things start going wrong with it it started out with small things like light switches and fuses and then u find that there is a big rust whole in the floor pan and u are scared to have anyone sit in the passenger side of ur jeep. Well finally they agree to fix the hole with just a piece of WOOD. They were going to order parts that was Six months ago and I am still paying and the hole is still there and every time I ask when is it going to be fixed all David says is call back the parts not in. Well David when do u think my part will be in? I hope everyone who thinks about coming to this place dont stop just keep driving cause its a joke!!!!

I got my Toyota Avalon almost a year ago from 5 Star Auto Sales. It has been the best car. I love it so much! It is so luxurious, gets good gas mileage and was in really good condition. I had nothing but a great experience with the staff there. David was my salesman and he made my buying experience easy and was super friendly. He even gave me the option of purchasing a warranty. I drove to Florida and back during the summer and I did not have any problems with it. I have actually put about 25,000 miles on it because I have been so happy to have a nice car. I would definitely recommend 5 Star Auto Sales. When I am ready for an upgrade I will be back to see David. I am so happy with my Honda Pilot I bought from 5 Star! Ive had my car now for over 2 months and havent had the first problem! My kids love it too!! Ken in service was great! I got the chance to meet him when I was purchasing the car. David answered all the questions I had and I didnt feel pressured or annoyed like I had at other car lots. Plus he was very informative and helpful. They even worked with me on my deposit and regular payments so they were affordable. Everyone there has been friendly since the beginning! I will refer anyone to these guys! This is this kind of business that makes you feel like a friend every time you come in or call, not just another number. Dont listen to any of the bad reviews, just go up there and see for yourself!

What a wonderful place I couldnt be more impressed, between the vast amount of luxury vehicles to the more than hospitable group of people I encountered. Upon arrival I was greeted by a salesman named David. Im not going to lie I was suspicious as I had been with all the salesman I had been talking to but there was something about this guy I couldnt turn away from. It wasnt a pitch or a bogus greeting like the rest it was more as if I was talking to a family member or a close friend. I will admit Im not easily pleased. With that being said I was able to see numerous vehicles until I found the right one for me amd David guided me through the whole time. Thank you 5 Star Auto Sales. You guys are the only people I will ever buy another car from!!!

5 Star Auto Sales is one of the best car lots hands down. They have the cheapest prices and friendliest people. I got a great deal on a car. I tried to get a car about 4 years ago and I didnt find one I really liked and I kinda gave up on looking for a while. My mom bought me a car and I put it in a ditch like 3 weeks later, so this time I had to get the car on my own and I remember how helpful Troy was then so I came back and found a very helpful man named David Poppy. Even though I didnt have great credit, I still walked out with a very nice deal on a car i fell in love with I cant wait to drive it and see how much i really like it. AVOID ALL BUY HERE PAY HERES especially this one to all young people like myself (22) I suggest going cash get a secured credit card build your credit and go to a real dealership get you something with a REAL warranty...I was sold an 03 Lincoln ls that has a trade in value of 1200 and a private sale kbb value of 3000 but guess what total price on my vehicle is ***12000** 2 n half yrs contract...have had problems with the car since day one bad radiator after 3 moths Im not even going into detail about all the repairs Ive had to do but lil over 1000$ Ps: I think they boost there own ratings on here by having ppl post fake reviews because this place is no where near 5 stars

My experience at 5 Star Auto Sales was exceptional! The show room is clean and inviting. David was my salesman and he was friendly, non-pushy, and very well informed about the cars that he had on the lot. He treated me with respect by listening to what I was looking for and finding exactly what I wanted within my budget. He showed me the perfect vehicle that met all my needs. It was incredible!
