At first I would say the dealership seemed very honest. I was interested in a small dump truck so I came in as a finance approved customer all the way from Spalding county Ga. Steve the owner help me, After arriving I found out the truck needed to be repaired so Steve sent it off and I was told the dealership would meet me half way the next afternoon. By 12 I had not heard from the dealer so I called I was told due to a delivery person calling out I would have to come back to Gainesville to pick the truck up. So after the 1.5 hour drive I get there Steve the owner tells me the truck was fixed and he even had the oil changed. Also he was going to put a three mouth warranty on the truck plus he believed he could get me a longer warranty for a good price. At the time I was very convinced that this was a good deal. A couple came in while I was waiting to take delivery from that point on I never seen Steve again and everything became disorganized when I was helped by Peter and Carmen. They made copies of my drivers license and had a few papers for me to sign from my bank, They had no drive out tag for me and the next day had to call to get another copy of my license that they had lost. I asked Carmen about my warranty she told me she would get back with me. I then called back a week later to ask about my drive out tag and my warranty and Carmen said the tag was on its way and she would get back with me never did! I got my drive out tag a few days later about the time the truck started acting up would not start. Called to ask where to take my truck for my 3 month warranty Peter answered and I was told I had NO warranty it was sold as is. I asked to speak to Steve who told me I would have a warranty and I was told he was not there. Since this time I have called several times and they refuse to let me speak to Steve. I have ask them to have Steve return my call and they told me he said there is no reason to return my calls as my truck was sold as is. And has never returned my call since I have given this dealership several opportunities to call me back and they refuse. So beware this business can not be trusted my f450 dump truck cost me $24,000 and stoped running three weeks after I got it DONT BUY ANYTHING! from these people they are a rip off. Tim.

We just bought a car from Big Deal (2010 Ford Flex) and I couldnt be more satisfied. I called and spoke with them the day before and everything sounded good. When I arrived and looked it over in person the next morning, I wasnt the least bit disappointed - everything checked out perfectly. Carmen and Pedro were incredibly friendly, helpful and courteous. There was no pressure whatsoever and they allowed us to take our time looking it over and testing it out. Once we decided to purchase, they worked quickly, there were no hidden fees or charges, and they negotiated in good faith (despite the already-reasonable asking price). We were in & out in less than 2.5 hours total (including our lengthy test drive and inspection), and the actual "deal closing" was maybe 30 minutes start to finish. They even topped off the fuel before we left. Used car dealers are a dime a dozen in Atlanta and it may seem silly to drive 45 miles when there are so many local options. All I can say is that in the case of Big Deal, it was totally worth our while and I would absolutely do it again. Thanks guys!

Looking for a used vehicle in Georgia? Look no further. I spent months on and off looking for a black executive SUV. I was not in a rush. I saw a vehicle online and drove an hour to take a look. I was pleasantly surprised. No haggle, the vehicle was in excellent condition, and they even fixed the creaky door, cracked dash, and few dings in the negotiated rate. I could say a lot of what a think! of this place but i dont need to write much the only thing I have to say is that they help me a lot to find what I was looking for.
