The absolutely worst car buying experience ever. Let me start from the beginning. I was ready to close a deal with another dealer in the area. Their sale got a hold of my contact info from online quotes I did earlier and called me. Promised to match any deal I was going to get and enticed me by quoting me the price for a decked out 2014 Mazda 6 grand touring on top of having multiple color combination of the 2015 touring model I was looking for. I EXPLICITLY told him not to waste my time because it sounded too good to be true and Mazda Lake Lanier is 45 minutes from where I live. He promised to pay for my gas if I did not walk out with a new car today. Ok! What could go wrong? Everything apparently. To begin with, Aaron wasnt even available at our appointed time and assigned another sales to me. I soon found out why. The 2014 decked out grand touring? Turns out to be a base touring. Furthermore, it costs MORE than a brand new 2015 Mazda 6 Touring due to the 0% apr offer on the new 6s. The multiple color selections? There were exactly TWO touring models available, none the Red with Black interior I specified. Not only were they unable to offer a similar package, their pricing is actually higher than the dealer I was originally going to. At this point, I was furious and just wanted my gas reimbursement before heading out. They sat me down for over 30 minutes while "processing" this gas rebate. Seriously, guys, I make more in 30 minutes than whatever gas rebate you can offer me, so dont patronize me and waste my time. To add salt to the injury, i see Aaron walking around out of the corner of my eyes taking care to avoid being anywhere within 15 feet of me. After that, I simply walked out. Word of advice for you guys. Dont lie about, well, everything. You have just lost a potential customer, FOR LIFE.

My wife Found a van she was interested on their website and the Internet price was fair. Me always being the skeptic, I assumed when we got there they would tell us that they just sold it. We didnt have much time so to prove a point to my wife I agreed to ride 30 miles to see if it was legitimate. To my surprise it was there and was exactly what we were looking for. I asked about the price and was told a price that was approximately $1000 higher than the Internet price and when I told the salesman he said ok. I also asked would they come off the price a little more. He said possibly and it didnt hurt to ask. Then when we went to open up the car. The battery was dead. There was another nearly identical beside it. That battery was dead also. I told salesman I was in a hurry and would return Monday or Tuesday morning and he said he would get battery charged up . They open at 9am. I made my way back to the lot Monday morning a few minutes before 9 am. I waited for over 30 minutes for someone to get with me. After waiting to have car jump started I finally got to drive it. I liked the car. After returning I ask salesman to work up his best price and send me a text or email because I was going home to get some sleep. The next morning I had not received any info so I rode by on my way home from work. Salesman brought out a paper with some numbers and the price was still including the extra $1000 for the wax job. When I questioned this he got kind of defensive and said they would be losing money if they didnt charge for it. I finally just left. I am guessing things might have been a little different for me if I had been purchasing the $84000 Cadillac off the showroom floor. My advise to anyone wanting to deal here is to read the fine print and dont believe it til you see it in writing.

This is definitely the worst car dealership I have ever encountered when purchasing a vehicle EVER! We found the vehicle we wanted to purchase on their website for $14,000, went to see it and made a deal for $12,000 and the paperwork was in order for financing… or so they said… They pulled what is known in the industry as a “YoYo deal”… that is where they let you drive off the lot with the car and a week later they call you and tell you the financing has NOT gone through and you have to come in and when you get there, the price of the vehicle has now gone up! If you are not familiar with what a Yo-Yo deal is, I highly recommend you look it up on the internet!! Needless to say, the Owner was WELL aware of his and his employee’s shady and frankly, unethical, business ways. In the end, we walked in there with a cashier’s check for the full amount of our ORIGINAL negotiated price and they STILL didn’t want to sell us the vehicle when clearly there are ZERO financing issues… bottom line… GREED… they wanted more money from the beginning and will try to do just about anything to get it and screwing the customer… You have been warned!!! After all was said and done, they HAD to honor the contracted price, it is a contract, (but they still try to manipulate you) no matter how you pay for it… and we purchased the vehicle at THE $12k price, paid in full and we will never ever recommend them to anyone ever!!! Sad how this small town dealership will take advantage of their own community…

I made an appointment for service on my rx8 to have recall work done for Wednesday was told I would have the car back I the same day. Dropped my car off Tuesday night as requested by three service advisor. Wednesday around 1 pm I havent heard anything from the dealer. So I called them. I get some answering service out of a call center and the lady tell me they will call me back with an update. 1 hour goes by I hear nothing. So I call back. Same process with the call center so I explain to the lady I have already went through this and no one called me back. After 10 minute hold I finally get the service department. Im told my car is in detail. I come to get the car greeted by Blake. Sign the paperwork and get in the car. Airbag light comes on immediately. Take in back to Blake he says give him 2 minutes. He takes the car and comes back to me stating the technician is no where to be found. They will need to keep the car for a second day. I explained to Blake I took the day off to have this repair done. He did try to give me a loaner but I have to way to return it during their hours as my job is located in Atlanta. This place looks like it is going out of business. Do yourself a favor and find a reputable mazda dealer.

I leased a Mazda6 from them and recently it would not turn on at all. I called Mazda of Lake Lanier and within 20 minutes my car was being towed to the dealership to be inspected. As it turns out the battery had died for some reason but it was replaced for free because the car is under warranty. I was able to pick up my car after work (although they offered to bring it back to my house) and when I got there I noticed that they had washed the car so nicely and had even vacuumed the inside. Checkout was quick and the entire staff were very friendly. Thank you so much for taking care of my car.
