This is an excellent family-owned business--the glowing reviews all corroborate my experience, hands down. From the first time I stopped by to look at a vehicle to the actual sale, Sami and his brother were very helpful and patient. I was expecting a more high-pressure, intimidating environment, given that Id been to other dealerships, but the Cro Max approach was very refreshing (unbelievable, even!). They were super chill and just hopeful that Id find something to meet my needs. As a young woman, Ill admit that I was hesitant to buy a car solo. But they put me at ease--I got a fair trade-in value for my old car and a fair price for the one I bought. They made all of the repairs that I requested and promised to "take care of anything" if I experienced mechanical problems in the future. I was skeptical about that claim, but two months later when the check engine light came on, I brought the vehicle back to them. They took care of the issue at no cost to me. Ive now had it for six months and Im very happy with the service theyve provided. Honestly, Ive never written a Google review, but this business warrants one. Youll get a high-quality, pre-owned vehicle at a fair price with people who actually care about their customers.

Usually I dont write review, however this experience can not go unnoticed and they deserve. Last year, as I started the journey of looking for a good, safe and reliable car for my daughter, as a reward for her outstanding performance during her first semester in collage, my first step was to go online to locate use cars dealership (websites) on the area of 30 miles from my house. The most helpful website was Cromax Automotive. It was very easy to navigate and I felt that I was inside the dealership. After selecting a couple cars, that first of all, would meet my budget and secondly her dream, we went to visit CROMAX. The sales people were very friendly, very calm and we were not bothered by sales people like typical dealerships. Sam was extremely friendly and professional. He genuinely seemed to care and knew the importance of making the right choice. The selection of vehicles was great, and my daughter and I, had even more than a couple options, that I found on the website to choose from. I would like to say, we had a fantastic and pleasant experience. I recommend CROMAX to anyone who is looking for a good car for a good price and an outstanding customer service.

I purchased a 2006 white Volvo S60 2.5T in Feb 2016. The car was super clean on the inside, on scale 0-10, 10 being the highest I would give it a 10. Nice sunroof and heated leather seats. The external was really nice and clean also, good tires too. Only a minor ding thats pretty much invisible, no rust. I purchased the car because I needed a car to drive for work. I work in the field and drives about 25,000 a year, this car has been very reliable, I havent had any trouble with it and I drive it a lot. Its also good on gas. Plus, I got a really good deal. I was in the market to buy a used car for months, went to several shops and this car was a better deal than some cars at other shops that were older and had major imperfections. Cromax Auto is professional and knows how to treat their customers. I got a much better deal than I expected to get. My family and coworkers were like, WOW, thats a really nice car! And when I tell them how much I paid, they cant believe the good deal I got. So, I would definitely recommend Cromax if youre in the market to buy a great used car. They will take good care of you.

Cromax is a 5-star car dealer that goes above-and-beyond in quality and kindness. I recently bought a 2001 Subaru Forester here. This was an awesome decision. Despite the age of the car, it is in immaculate condition and drives great. The Cromax mechanic shop (attached to the dealer) had suggested one optional repair for the car (CV joint), which was done far below a standard repair price since I wanted everything perfect going into the sale. The staff also guaranteed the battery for one year and replaced the starter (~$200 repair cost) for free because it had trouble in the first few weeks owning it. My girlfriend and family were amazed with the car I purchased (my father used to work on the assembly line and knows a lot about this). Cromax will guarantee the quality of your car. Furthermore, the mechanics know what they are doing - they will use high-quality parts necessary for a repair and not take any shortcuts. I wish all stores had the sales quality that Cromax carries with every customer and transaction. Thank you very much!

Sami Daher/Cromax Automotive - a tiny shop with a big heart. Quintessential soft sell, willing to go the extra mile, neighborhood service on really nice used cars. If you’re in the market for an excellent used car, you owe it to yourself to try Cromax Automotive (N side of Packard, just E of Platt - across Elmwood from Achilles). All the cars are clean and drove well and I found just the right fit. I just got the nicest ride I”ve ever had for $3000. After, I looked it up at Kelley’s online - $3125. The Carfax (showing one owner and good maintenance) stated the value to exceed blue book by $880. I just got a $4000 car (much nicer than my last $4000 car) for 25% off! Sami’s a wonderful guy, addresses any concerns you have honestly, even taking care of registration for you (saving you the trip to Sec of State) and provides ongoing service convenient to the whole area. The only caveat is environmental. Tobacco smoke is noticeable. Even so, he welcomes my dog! He took a picture of him for his niece. : ‘)

These guys are great. It was absolutely zero pressure and they let me take my time I had zero discomfort at any part of my time at cromax. I enjoyed the guys addressing and being honest about my minimal concerns with the vehicle. This dealership is trying to turn inventory not price gouge (very unusual for used car lots). If you are looking for a quick, simple, and affordable way to get yourself in a quality used car this is the way to go. I usually advocate against dealerships but they beat a p2p price, made sure I was happy with the vehicle, and did all the paperwork so I could legally drive Damn near instantly. I would use them again for sure. Solid guys I cant say how pleased I was with my experience and vehicle. They restored my faith in humanity when it comes to auto sales. Thanks for getting me back on the road and back to work with out breaking me.

Cromax Automotive is a small dealership located on Packard Rd. in Ann Arbor. Purchasing a car can be an anxiety-provoking experience, but Sami and Moe made the experience seamless! I honestly felt like a family member was selling me the car, a lovely and sporty Honda Civic Coupe. Sami and Moe were willing to make repairs to the car to ensure my comfort before purchasing. They also, at no time made me feel pressured to buy a car---which is what a lot of used car salesman do. I am very satisfied with my purchase and would recommend that anyone who is in the market for a used car check them out!
