"Exceeding expectations is our number one goal"-Fast Auto Sales Monroe, GA I am definitely calling BALOGNA on this! I am now in a relationship with Satan himself. Upon entering this deceptively delightful place I was greeted by a hurried rush of employees attempting to make their lunches on a table in the sales room. Slightly gross watching crumbs tumble down the face of a man trying to tell you about a vehicle he may or may not have on the lot. Take a quick ride in the golf cart (because 150 feet is just too much to walk) to a vehicle I had been eyeing online. Got questions about said vehicle? Well, they will have to ask someone else and get back with you. The test drive left me a little weary of the transmission, but was enlightened with the fact that is comes with a warranty! Fantastic news! (Serviced only by THEIR OWN service department.) Would you like proof of warranty repairs? Cant have them. I can honestly say that after 4 visits for warranty repair in 3 weeks...they finally fixed the problem! I was very patient and understanding of the fact that used cars have issues. I will completely give the repair men a thumbs up for working through and pinpointing the problem. Great job guys! Thank you so much! While signing all the documents to purchase said vehicle, you will come to find they put gps/ingnition kill switches in each vehicle. You will also sign arbitration papers saying you can never take them to court with a judge or jury of your own peers. You can solely rely on the fact that you will have to use an arbitrator (which costs more than a civil suit) and has worked with fast auto in the past. Taking possession of the cars will leave a bitter taste too. No offer of a cleaning, 1/8 of a tank of gas, and faulty programmed knockoff keys. Time to make some payments! There is a fee for that. Unless of course you want to drive and pay in cash at the stealership. Want to pay online? Well that system is probably still down. So, guess we have to give them a call. Hopefully you are paying early on your BI-WEEKLY payments or at least on time...otherwise your entire reference list will be called the day after. They have no grace period, no empathy, no couth. Want to make a double payment 9 days late? Prepare to have your vehicle disabled...then probably repossessed. I havent made it that far yet. With the tone and attitude presented to me during my phone call...after all the tact I had shown through the multiple faults and missteps of the dealership...I was shown not an ounce of customer service. I would not recommend this place to someone I disliked, even though I couldnt even think of someone I can not make friends with. Good luck car hunting! Please save yourself the stomach ulcers and vehicleless days and AVOID this place like the PLAGUE or you will be be calling Bologna on their own quote too.

This is the worst dealer. They are very dishonest. They reset every cars check engine lights so you do not know what you are getting into when purchasing one of there vechiles. Pillar is a lair. She says one tbing then does another. Julie wages is no help either. Overall they sale lemons and dont do anything to help you in the process. You would come out better saving up some more money and going to a respectable dealer such as Drive Time. Wish I could give them a negative amount of stars.
