Is there a Zero star available? Buyer BeWare I purchased a car from Al and BOSS who are both nice enough guys, but the business side is not on the Professional level I would have expected after 20 years in business. The story goes, I purchase a very nice car off there lot in AS-IS condition as expected, for my 18yr old daughter. I explained I was at the very top of my budget and these guys assured me the car was in excellent condition and was inspected with any issues repaired or replaced, light bulbs and all. Well my first clue should have been when lightbulbs were out.. . I didnt think them checking the car over was the case and I planned to change fluids and such myself. Well I live in Cobb county so I start my trip home only to have the main Serpentine belt break just five miles from leaving the dealer/ Old Gas station. Needless to say the car overheats and I am on the side of the road until 12:30 AM. When it first happened I called BOSS and he said sorry nothing I can do, call AL "The Owner". So after paying for towing to VM in Kennesaw I found the the belt was so worn that it split also damaged the power steering pump. I am looking at $1230 in repairs for a $5500 car, I called AL and suggested he pay a portion and I pay the rest, he said no way its your car and then jabbered on. Thank goodness the VW Kennesaw manager felt so bad for me that he reduced it to $920. I called AL "The Owner" I said Al it was $920 for the repair and if you would have checked the car out and replaced the belt it would have only cost you $75. I would like to ask that you pay some portion of this bill, I didnt even name a price. If he would have paid $200 I would have respect for their professionalism, but no he said "NOT MY PROBLEM". Seriously like talking to a 12 year old. I own my own business and do what I can to take care of my customers, especially if we did not check something out and it caused and issue. Ownership is the core of our business. End result is DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS !! I would suggest VW Kennesaw as they understand you get more out of treating people right then trying to get one sale. The best part of this review is below my review is BOSS BOSS one of the two guys that works there. F-ing crazy.

Where do I begin....Well, in February 2004 I went to Credit Masters looking for a reliable used car. I had a certain budget in mind and within that budget I was shown 4 automobiles. I financed my car originally through a bank they were using to finance me and had a rate around 12%. A few weeks after financing the car I lost my job. They found this out and dropped my financing and stated the only way I could keep the car from getting repossessed was to accept financing through them at a rate around 27%. I had no choice as I needed a car for my new job and began making the payments at the higher interest rate. In the following 2 years or so Credit Masters tried to repo my car at least 2-3 times on the basis that I had no insurance coverage. The only problem with that is I did in fact have insurance and they had only been notified of an insurance cancellation date a week or so in the future IF I DID NOT PAY MY INSURANCE BILL.I finally got so tired of dealing with their crooked ways that I was able to attain money to pay the remaining amount due and get my title. Flash forward to now. I had recently misplaced my title and was considering selling my car soon. I was informed on how to go about getting a replacement by research I had done. When I went to my local DDS (DMV) I was told that there,to my surprise , there was a lien on my car from 8 years prior by none other than Credit Masters. Al, seemingly the head person there, was nothing short of rude and unprofessional, yet again. He stated my car was financed through a bank and not them and has ,as of now, refused to sign a lien holder release so that I may simply get my title, which I am due considering I am the owner of my vehicle. He and his staff were so rude to my wife....she went there today (since I was at work) and he escalated the situation so greatly that the Hall County Police Department had to be called. He and his business has not only swindled me and wasted my time, but also that of my sister in law. This company does not report anything to credit agencies that are positive. My sister in law was unable to get a loan for another vehicle because she realized afterward that nothing had been reported to the three credit reporting agencies.

Love my new car!!!! I finally got approved, and was able to get a great deal. Al and their staff was great to work with, and helped me with my bad credit. Only thing was, their was an altercation with a customer while I was there, but the customer was angry, but it was because the customer did not make their payments. Al explained to me what happens when you dont make payments, and was great to work with so I did not get my car repossessed. So this time around I will make all of my payments on time so I can increase my credit score so that does not happen to me again. I also sent my sister Megan to buy a car and got a nice referral check when she purchased from Credit Master. I will for sure buy again here.

I was looking to buy a great car since I just got my tax returns, but I knew I had awful credit (previous car places declined me :(. Luckily my friend told me about Credit Master, so I decided to check it out. Thank God I did, because I was able to finally get a car and was approved, when the last 5 places I went to before declined my approval. Thank you credit master, now I have my car and can drive to work and feed my family. Their staff was very friendly and upfront with me. Ask for Al he was amazing and held my hand through the process as I was nervous with my credit being so bad. I look forward to buying my next car with them and recommend them to any of my friends.

Crooks, plain and simple. Took my down payment signed papers then two days later called me in to sign "new" contracts adding $700 + more to my purchase price. Two weeks later transmission is out. Among a host of other issues. Was told "as-is" basically too bad so sad. Well see what a lawyer has to say about it.
