From the moment we walked in we knew this was going to be a great experience and we were right! Marteen was ready for us when we arrived. The Lincoln Continental was polished and waiting outside the front door ready for a test drive. Marteen took care to make sure we were comfortable with all the newest features in the car and were nicely nestled in before we started our driving experience. WOW what a ride! We floated along and eagerly chatted about the great amenities at our finger tips. Passengers in the cars passing by turned their heads as if to say what a beautiful automobile. It didnt take us but a minute to say to Marteen, "Lets see what we can do to make this happen" From then on all the Randy Wise staff worked diligently together to present a mutually agreeable car deal. They made the magic happen and now we are the proud and happy owners of a new 2017 Lincoln Continental. Excellent Experience!!

Great overall customer experience. Knowledgable staff, friendly service and great selection of inventory. I have now purchased 2 different Lincoln Navigators here over the past 5 years and have had a great buying and after-purchase service experience everytime. The first time I purchased a vehicle from this dealer, I shopped around to make sure I was getting the best price (and I was). For my second Navigator, I didnt bother shopping around and went right to Randy Wise. I knew Id be getting a great price and also didnt want to take a risk that another dealer didnt have the same customer service and after-sales service proposition. Great dealership - would highly recommend to anyone considering a Lincoln.

Bumper to bumper warranty doesnt cover much of anything. Purchased 3 year warranty and 4 separate trips to service only to be out a "diagnosis fee" ! Diagnosis was word for word what I told them I was bringing it in for. Shady business practices like this is why I regret I purchased from them but thankful that Ill be purchasing next several from reputable dealership that honor warranty and take care of returning customers. Purchased 4 vehicles from them. No more ! Lost this customer.

extremely careless advertising showing prices that are not available to the general public. I spoke to internet sale dept and showed them the ad where the price was $41,899 for a 2017 Lincoln Continental and the actual price was $2,000 more. These practices are not ethical. Buyers beware of dealers showing reducing price without specifying discount plans.
