Terrible, if I could add negative stars, I would. My sales person was Charles McBryde, accompanied by his sales manager Barry Silk...and Im calling the two out by name because they both lied to my face, which I find extremely disrespectful. I went into the dealership around 1700 hrs on Monday, Feb. 16, 2015. Spoke with Charles and gave him all of my information, which was entered into the computer. It was raining heavily at closing time (1900 hrs), so we left, and I was told by Charles that with my down payment, we could definitely finance the car I was interested in. I left, hopeful that his statement was true. He assured me in a text later that evening, "You will be fine." The next morning by 1000 hours, I had not heard anything, so I texted to see what was going on. Charles responded that he just returned from a test drive, so I patiently waited three hours until 1325 hours, and finally heard back from him at 1352 that they needed 20% down ($3,500) instead of the $1,000 that we agreed on the evening prior. I texted him 4 times that afternoon and heard NOTHING, only to be told by his receptionist that he left early...and I didnt hear a thing! So, on Wednesday, Feb. 18, 2015...I didnt hear anything from Charles, so I texted at 1154 hours, and it took an hour and a half for him to text back and tell me to call Barry, his manager. I obliged, & Barry gave me his word on the phone that I could finance the car if I could come up with $2,000 down...which is double the initial agreement. I texted Charles 3 times to try to get more info...of course, with no response. So today, Thursday, Feb. 19, 2015 at 1004 hours, I got a text from Charles saying I was approved for the car. I immediately responded and asked for the sale price, monthly payment price, & interest rate...didnt hear a word. I called Barry at 1307 hours today, to be told that I had to put $2,200 down at delivery, & pay extra $500 two times to satisfy the down payment amount. These guys are crooks, liars, & have no clue how to be respectful, honorable men. Do NOT visit this store!!! I dont tolerate other men who lie to my face and disrespect me without batting an eye.

Let me say first, that Ive been sold lemons and mistreated by dealerships before, so it made me very fearful of buying another car. But I can honestly say my experience with Steven and Edward at the Covington location changed my opinion about used car/buy here, pay here dealerships. I was treated with respect and honesty. They were very kind, patient, and informative.I got a car that was what I wanted within my price range and they worked with me on the down payment. I bought a 2013 Nissan Sentra with 44,000 miles for a reasonable price and I wasnt priced gouged on the interest rate even though I just came out of bankruptcy. I recommend US Auto to anyone who has credit issues, not a lot of money, but wants a nice, reliable car. I also recommend you get Steven as your Sales Representative. ***Victoria M.***

I hope no one is desperate enough to buy from Barry at this branch. Talked me into buying a 12 year old car at a premium price because of my financial situation with promise that after 2 years, I would be able to upgrade to a newer car with less miles and probably pay less. Working on year 3, the car is falling apart and He ignores my calls and emails. I have paid faithfully every 2 weeks since Sept 2012 and while they say I am in the top percentile of customers because I pay very well (even when i lost my job) and this is how they reward good customers. They are much more interested at this time of year in swindling poor folks out of their tax refund checks. Was leery from the get-go myself but was in desperate need of any extra vehicle for my family. Hope I never have to make that mistake again.

To say the least Im extremely disappointed, when it rains my roof still leaks and I get the run around about it all the time. Cant get the head guy in charge to return a call , instead sends department manager who is super sweet but his hands are tied. Always paid on time , always have been nice but I cant get the same treatment about my leaking roof and the possible black mold growing in the upholstery (my asthma is worsening day by day ...just saying) Im saddened to say I will NOT be returning to us auto in the future as I had hoped. This experience has truly left an unsettling and disgusting taste in my mouth. I cant spend my entire loan length in LAWRENCEVILLE waiting for them to tell me the same stuff over and over again.

Was told I had 30 days to finish down payment. ..vehicle was cut off in 2 weeks..I called everyday...was able to get an emergency code to cut vehicle back on for 24 hrs...then got a call on wednesday saying payment was 5 days late..I said I get payed Fri. But was supposed to have 30 days. Can u pay it today? No..get payed Friday. .ok..if you cant pay today you will be up for repo review...click.. Well its Friday. .at midnight. ..unable to make contact with anyone..unable to pay online. ..really?..cut me some slack..already paying 21,000 for an 8,000 vehicle

I saw an add on CraigsList for a 2012 Charger and called them about it. After telling several different people I assume was at their main office I had my own financing, some guy from this location called me to ask me when I was coming in and what papers I should bring to qualify for a loan. After telling him I didnt need their financing, he told me he wouldnt sell me a car. Id be careful going in there if I were you. They probably have crazy high interest rates.

Great customer service. I didnt think I would be able to get a vehicle, I called different places, went here and there. But i was refer to come to US Auto Sales in Covington to see Dion. He was very helpful. And I finally getting my ride today. Thank you, Thank you. Charles and Rodney they all are great. So please come and see them if you need a ride. I got a 2007 white jeep commander. Very happy ☺
