Bought a 07 g6 for 5200. Paid 3000 down, paying 1800 for a 3 year 36000 mile power train warranty. During test drive, it had a slight pull, the sales rep that showed me the car (Mario) assured me it will be inspected and addressed if I wanted the car. 2 days later we finally drive off the lot after hours each day. Along with I was told he worked it out that I could have plpd coverage, paid for a policy went back to the dealership, 2 hours later was told by some one else that he was wrong and I had to have full coverage. Mario apologized and they worked to resolve the issue. Actually worked that out threw a insurance company they use. 3 hours later after running all over town after wasting a lot of time and spending a lot of money we finally left the lot and it felt nice after 3 days of work finally driving away in my car. Its been a month now, after a week or 2 of driving 106 miles a day for work, the breaks started squeaking and I had a slight knock in the suspension when I turned. I had no time to get it anywhere till last week, my last day off. Took it to bell tire for breaks and rotors cause I mean I figured they wouldnt do anything about that with my miles. Had an inspection done found 2 shock mounts are warping and a tire rods. Got a print out of the quote and what was wrong. Went to Mario with my problem hoping for a solution, showed my information, waited for awhile and was told basically the best he can due is get the work done but at price. I ask if theres nothing he can do for me with everything to this point, he says theres not much more he can do. I ask if we need to contact a lawyer, he asks us to wait a moment. Go get the general manager who informed me that i may have done the damage within the miles I have put on the car and he will look at the car but I would need to pay for any work done. I inform he that my girlfriend has been recording the whole interaction and that I will be contacting a lawyer if they cant help fix a faulty car from his lot not a month ago. He says he dont have to speak with me any more and I say thank you to Mario for all his help and to have a good day and we left. Long story short they will sell you a faulty vehicle, take no responsibility for it or attempt to spend any money out of pocket to fix there mistake. Look at any lasco dealership reviews and you will find 1 or 2 star reviews very similar to mine and some decent ones. Your choice in playing roulette with you or your familys safety, money, time, energy, and patience. To some where were they care about selling a decent product and care about there customers. Ps. O2 sonsors bad which made check engine light come on $200, and 1 if not both wheel speed sensors are flashing a code and are $260 each and so up to $1250-1500 just in repairs in the first 5 weeks

*UPDATE* 2012 Cruze from Hell. If I could rate them lower I absolutely would! I have had nothing but trouble and crappy customer service since I signed my life away with this car. I went to get a tire replaced and I was told my tire sensors in the front did not work and ut would be about $50-60 each to replace. Not a big deal. But a month after I got the car the power steering and radio started cutting on and off and the driving became VERY jerky. The sales woman told me the jerking was because it was a 4 cylinder and i was used to driving a 6, and the service mgr and it had an "adaptive strategy transmission" and they would have to reprogram it. After playing phone tag for God knows how long with the service garage manager, the customer service manager, 3 guys from the garage, a guy from the sales floor, the floor leader of the lady who sold it to me (all because the lady who sold it to me no longer worked there and neither did the original service mgr) lasco referred me to al serra because they "cant work on chevy vehicles" I was told by the service manager he had a friend at Al Serra who could help me and they would follow up, which THEY DID NOT. I called to talk to a higher manager to make sure things were being noticed or at least documented and apparently he had been on vacation and this was the first he had heard of the issue and he would get back with me, which HE DID NOT. So i take it to Al Serra they told me a week later they COULD NOT fix the electrical problem because they couldnt duplicate the problem, but they did managed to rebuild THE ENTIRE TRANSMISSION, which had me without a vehicle for very close to 2 weeks, (got offered a loaner during the last 2 days.) Now its July and the car is doing the same thing except it completely SHUT OFF (electrical, engine, everything) on a 92 degree day in the middle of me driving. Luckily my 2 year old son and i just hit the curb instead of something worse at faster speeds. Their customer service to get you in there is excellent, but after that they clearly dont care. Miki, (who helped me in the beginning was excellent, but she no longer works there) was great. I WILL NEVER GET ANOTHER CAR OR EVEN REFER ANYONE HERE AGAIN. Id rather pay a little more and be taken car of at Patsy Lou or Al Serra. Hell, if it came down to it id go to jd byrider or rpm. I refuse to even get a bulb changed here because apparently (this was another great experience with them) they have your car for 10 hours to make you a spare key, put air in your tires and change 1 bulb and you still have to wait another 2 hours because they "forgot" to do that (even when it was on paper work) and had to go out and buy a bulb. Oh and they didnt put air in my tires either, which is how i found out about the sensors. Happy shopping.

Ill start by saying my salesman Bruce King is a good guy.. probably too good of a guy to work for this company. When I was first brought back the paper to sign, confirming that I was ok with my monthly payment, I thought cool thats a fair payment.. when I got back in to the room (after waiting a 2 hours when I was told it would take 25 mins) I was presented with different numbers (a $50 difference) than the sheet I previously signed. Of course they had every excuse in the book as to why the numbers changed.. my question is why was I asked to sign a paper confirming my monthly payment if they were going to give me a different payment amount an hour later? Then after them trying to sell me overly priced gap insurance (which I got through my insurance company for $800 cheaper a year), I was finally able to leave in my new Buick.. BUT 5 days later the BRAKES started squeaking on me. So I take it back to Lasco, and after I refused to pay $100 for them to look at the "CERTIFIED CAR" I just bought, their service guy looks at it and tells me "Its because we use metallic brake pads because they are cheaper." I said so basically I just have to deal with my BRAKES squeaking on the new car I just bought.. his response "Pretty much." WoW.. thats GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE (sarcasm). My last and final complaint, which is by far the biggest one I have, is that they had 16 different banks/credit companies access my credit report leaving 16 hard inquiries on the report, lowering my credit scored by almost 10 points. I was better off buying a car off the side of the road. I would have spent less, gotten better brakes, and no negative inquiries on my credit report. Moral of the review, stick to Al Serra.. dont allow these guys to profit by short selling their customers.
