The absolute rudest, awful, and despicable experience Ive ever had on car lot in my life. I drove 2 hours to look at a f-250 they had on the lot that was supposedly in tip top shape. After I arrived on the lot and looked at truck for 30 minutes and was never greeted by anyone, I noticed that the check engine light was. I plugged up my "problem reader" to see what codes would come back and tell me what was wrong , the TURBO was blown. However, I was still interested in the truck and decided to go find a salesman talk to, I told the older gentleman that finally greeted me and what I had discovered about the truck and wanted to make an offer. He said that HE would talk to the salesman about it. He soon returned and told me that the sales man will not discuss a price with me hes aware the turbo was blown and thats that. I would not buy a chew toy for my dog from those crooks. Its a wonder that they are still in business. Awful, awful, awful.

My wife and I were interested in a car Grayson Motor Co. had listed on Autotrader. I called and spoke with a salesman who told us of every blemish on the car and sent us pictures of the those blemishes. He was up front with what was wrong with the car and went out of his way to insure that we had all of the pictures we requested. The car was listed for over $700.00 below NADA value. My wife and I drove 4 1/2 hours one way to check the car out and purchase it if it was as advertised. We arrived via I-85 and encountered several wrecks and/or construction on the way South. The salesman took the time to create a map that allowed us to miss the huge traffic jams and cruise some back roads on our way home. In the future, should we be in the market for an automobile that Grayson Motor Co. has in inventory we would not hesitate in purchasing from them again.

I found a car that they were selling on AutoTrader and really liked it. After speaking with their salesman and confirming some things (interior/exterior in good condition, no accidents) I decided to make a 2 hour drive to test drive the vehicle. Well, when we finally arrived and opened the vehicle, the front and back seats, under the back seat, and the console all had mouse droppings on them. Needless to say, the car also smelled. I couldnt believe they didnt even take the time to clean it! We then looked at some other vehicles on their lot; all of them were dirty on the inside. If they dont even take the time to clean the inside of the vehicles, I cant imagine they would take care in examining the engine...

I wish it was possible to give this place ZERO stars. They have the absolute worst customer service, and broke the law by selling my fiancee and I a vehicle that WILL NOT pass emissions! They never mentioned it, and BY LAW all used car dealerships HAVE TO have current emissions on all their vehicles. So far, the owner (Patrick) has done NOTHING about it, and refuses to even address the issue. When my fiancee and I called him to tell him were returning the car and want a FULL refund, the owner snapped at us and yelled! Completely awful experience, never again will I ever deal with this group. And our lawyers will be handling them from here.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. THEY WONT DO BUSINESS IF YOU HAVE A JOB. I called about a car I was interested in, and an old, incredibly rude, bible belt redneck answered and told me that I couldnt test drive the car unless I was actually going to buy it, like Im supposed to know how it drives and if I want it before driving it. He was unwilling to stay open an extra 10 minutes so I could test drive it after work, and is ONLY open Monday to Friday until 5, so he basically wont do business with you if you have a regular job. I will never try to do business with them again, and will tell everyone to avoid them as well.

Bought a bmw x3 from patrick. I took the car for the afternoon and had grayson auto do a full inspection before buying. They told me It needed a brake job so patrick discounted the price of the vehicle to help compensate. He was extremely honest and fair. Grayson is a small town and Grayson motors has an excellent reputation for good deals and honesty. I would highly recommend. It is can be scary buying a used vehicle. Patrick knew the background on this car. I got a great car at a great price!!

Ive passed Grayson Motors for over a year and never stopped.. when I finally stopped in, I got out of my car and walked the Carlot.. I stopped and looked at a few that I was interested in.. no one ever came to ask if I needed help, or if I had questions.. so after about 30 mins did looking, I went inside and I wasnt greeted.. the old man in the front was rude as crap.. I asked him questions and he ignored me. Never again will I stop in or refer them to anyone.. only one star bc I had to.

Purchased a van for over 6k and a week out had ABS problems, almost wrecked. Had to put over $1000 in work and towing because i couldnt drive it since it locked down. Didnt even have a tag yet and had all these problems, called to let them know the dealer said the wrong piece had been replaced and thats why all this is happening. The owner said his best mechanic had replaced the abs piece (a $70 piece turned into $1700 of repairs) and they were no longer responsible.

After inspection, I caught these two in a lie about the AC. The younger guy said he forgot to tell me. I then tried to negotiate and the salty old man became just rude...which is how he was the entire shopping experience. Decent inventory, but will never be back after this attempted trickery. Just because youve "been in business for over 25 years", does not give you the right to lie. Dont go.

My husband purchased for me a yellow Volkswagon Beetle and Edwin the cars salesman was very professional and personable. He was also very understanding and accommodating because the purchase exceeded our debit card daily max, so they allowed us to make split payments with no hesitation. Edwins professionalism met our expectations and beyond, we highly recommend Grayson Motor Co.

Was looking at a vehicle on lot took it to my mechanic for a look over. it was ate up with rust and had mech. issues. I brought it back to dealer told him the issues and asked him to fix or come off price,he said no he would sell it to some one who wouldnt check it so close or take it to the auction. (Do you really want to buy from someone like that ?) I dont.

I have passed by Grayson Motors for almost 18 years and never thought to check there for a used car... BIG mistake since I just bought one there and love it - and them! They were very helpful (Jon and Patrick) and great to do business with... I am recommending them to anyone I know who wants a used car at a very reasonable price. Two thumbs up!
