This car purchase was a little different for my family as we were trying to balance my wants with the practical needs of the family. Barring a bad initial test drive, I was already sold on the Fiat 500 1957 edition. My preference would have been a manual transmission, however, the two 1957 editions on the lot had automatic transmissions. (I know you are thinking TMI--but this plays into the actual review below.) My experience with the dealership was positive from the start. The salesman (Willie Coleman) was courteous, helpful, and not pushy. I was by myself on my first visit to the dealership. I took the 1957 edition for a test drive and was very pleased with the car. As a point of comparison I requested a test drive of one of the manual Fiat 500s on the lot. With out hesitation one was made available and off I went. While I was impressed with how well the manual transmission performed it was not enough to dissuade me from the 1957 edition. When I returned with the manual 500 I took the 1957 edition out for another spin. At this point I was sold. I made an appointment to return a few days later with my wife so that she could drive the car and cast the deciding vote. (Since children are involved as well, their comfort was important.) The car was ready when we arrived. After providing proof of insurance and license we were off on a pressure-free test drive. Needless to say, the drive was a success and we purchased the 1957 edition. The closing of the sale was not a long drawn out process. We were presented with a number of options and we choose the ones that best fit our particular need. We have had the vehicle for about three weeks and we have been very pleased with it. In fact, while it is technically my car--my wife drives it more than I do. She refers to it as the fun car. (I have been at some dealerships to where the test drive is so short you can not get a true sense of the car. That was not the case here.)

One of the absolute worst experiences! My mom and I went out to purchase 2 Fiats... I had extensively spoke with the dealership on line. I told them where I was at, what price range I wanted to be in and which car I wanted. I asked them if they could do it. "Yes! Ive ran the numbers and we can make it work!" LONG story short they couldnt. 6+ hours up there and they INSISTED on separating my mother and I "to save on time". Had my mom in financing selling her all sorts of crap I already told them she didnt want. Then of course after they finished with her, somehow they couldnt get to me because the banks were closed. They would work on it first thing in the morning and wed finish up the following day. NO returned emails, NO returned phone calls. So I went to Landmark Fiat of Atlanta and was in and out in 1 hour! Now were fighting with Fiat Mall of Georgia because they screwed up my moms paperwork. They couldnt even get the MODEL right on the papers! Mileage was different on all sheets, they left off the $1000 they were giving her for taking a car with 1,789 miles. They wont respond to her either. But luckily in their sloppy paperwork writing they FORGOT to have her SIGN the Retail Installment CONTRACT. So were fighting to take this car back and shell be purchasing one somewhere else!!! So unorganized, HORRIBLE customer service, Massive lack of knowledge. And big time sneaky crooks!!! Bad, BAD dealership!!!!!

I had a very good experience when having my FIAT 500C serviced at AutoNation FIAT Mall of Georgia. I had been told by another 500 owner that FIATs are serviced at the Hyundai AutoNation dealership, and had a good experience. Dustin the service manager was pleasant, professional, on schedule, and helpful in every way. The cost, and time required for the service were exactly as he told me they would be. I have had about 60 cars (currently have 6) so know a lot about service, and this was very good. I am a "car guy" but did not know of a neat feature of the FIAT 500C until we rented one in Italy this summer. The convertible top operates (opens and closes) at up to 60 MPH. This is great - have it open in town and for slow sightseeing, and then close it (while on the run) when you get on an Interstate (and my dear wife does not want to get her hair all blown about at highway speeds!). I believe that if this feature was more widely known, many more folks would, like us, have one for a fun "Sunday car." My kids were very surprised when I bought a 500C "LUIGI", as I had proclaimed that I would not buy any car with less than 300HP! But this neat convertible top persuaded me!

I had planned on buying a Fiat from this dealer. But the car arrived while I was out of town, and the dealer knew I would be as I had told them prior. They called and told me I could come get the car that day, I said it would be Monday. They said they couldnt hold the car. Long story short I sent an employee with a company check for the entire amout of the car to the dealer. After hours of being yanked around and numerous phone conversations the dealer sold the car to another couple that was there while we were trying to get the deal done. Also they told me and my employee over 20+ times NO ONE could test drive the car, then while he was there they let someone else test drive it. When asked what they were doing we just got shrugged shoulders. Total BS. Told the Manager the following week what happened and he couldnt believe it, and would be making it right. Still havent got that phone call back, or been made right. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THESE GUYS.

We were looking for a commuter car: something economical, yet sporty. We decided on a Fiat 500 Sport and began our search on the web. We found a few cars but the first dealership we contacted never returned emails/calls. We then found a car on the website for AutoNation Fiat. We sent an email to inquire and, in very short order received a response from our salesman, Martel Williams. He informed us the car we were interested in had sold days prior but said they had several other 500s in stock that with similar builds. We scheduled a test drive and, in fact did not find another car in their inventory that met our wants & requirements. Due to the relationship AutoNation Fiat has with other Fiat dealers though, they were able to find us another car that is exactly what we wanted. We returned a few days later and signed the deal! We love our car and the experience we had with Martel and the team at AutoNation Fiat!! Great job guys!!

If i could give this place 0 stars i would! this was the worst customer service experience i have ever had in my entire life! Brandon the sales person and Damon the so called "manager" were both beyond disrespectful and rude. I would WALK cross country before i ever even had the slightest thought of purchasing a vehicle from here, let alone recommend someone to them. Words simply can not express my utter disgust and bad taste this place left me with!!!! On top of all the rudeness and disrespect we came to an agreement on price for a vehicle and had plans to come the next day to sign the paper work, when i called to ensure everything was still good, i was informed they could not obtain the vehicle we had made a deal on and refused to look for an equivalent vehicle for me and before i could say anything the so called "manager" Damon abruptly hung the phone up on me.
