I went in today with my 2 young kids and tried to see about scheduling my car for a simple oil change and tire rotation. Walked up to the service desk and the heavyset gentleman was sitting at his desk with his back turned playing on his phone. I stood there for 5 mins before I tired to get his attention and he never turned around! This is the second time this has happened!! I will never be back if this is how they do business!!! I even managed to take a picture of him just playing away!!!

I will never go to Bill Marine Ford again. I needed a part desperately. I got on internet to make sure of the phone numbers. There was NO mention of the Saturday hours changing and IF THERE WAS, THAT SHOULD HAVE BEEN POSTED!!!!! Is that the way you earn business???

Sat in the waiting room lobby for 2 hours with office people knowing i was there. Owner/sales rep walked past me MANY times and never offered to help. Ill never shop here again
