I think this store is by far the very best pet store in the Rochester area. You dont have to search the store to find help; someone is always there and readily-accessible. They go out of their way to make sure you leave the store with a smile on your face, feeling that you are a valued customer. The larger pet supply stores are too commercialized. This store has everything you need, but you dont get lost in the shuffle and hustle-bustle. Who wants to search a store for help or wait in a long line? I like the personalized service, the selection, the impeccable customer service. Theyre the best!

Best staff! Well mainly the young assistant manager! Callie was her name. She helped me a lot. The store is really clean too. Everyone was ignoring me when I needed help, but she came and answered all my questions and knew a lot about the food I needed for my new dog! Ill definitely go here again if I need help.
