This place is the worst petsmart in the state. I called on 4/24/16 to schedule a bath for my two dogs. Earliest was 4/29/16 at 5:00 (crazy wait time) I was called 15 minutes before my appointment and was told the lady called off so no one had time to do my dogs. I had no choice to reschedule. The earliest they had was today 5/4/16. I called to verify the time and was told I had to bring them in a 5 pm but the bather wouldnt be there until 6:30. I was shocked. Why would you book two baths and have no one there to do them. When I questioned the girl about it she got rude and nasty. I explained to her that its not fair to my dogs to have to sit there an extra 1.5 hours with no food water or place to potty. I asked if I could just bring them at 6:30 and she told me no. She then sat there for a whole minute not responding then hung up. I called the Store manager and he was useless. He didnt understand the problem and I could tell he didnt want to be bothered. This is so sad because my dogs love to go to petsmart but at this point I will never go back. Im so disappointed in their lack or respect for the animals and their customers.

I cant speak for the grooming department, as it seems that most of the negative comments and review are about that. However, every time I have come into this store the staff has been very helpful. Today especially, the manager Bobby and another manager Paul went above and beyond to help me out and I really appreciate it. I had an issue a couple weeks ago when I spoke to them today they both were extremely helpful and more than made it right. I would recommend this store and if you have any issues the managers seem to really want to help.

Called the other day to schedule an appointment, was told 9:30, was called again the day before to be reminded our appointment for our dogs grooming was at 9:30, come in 10 minutes early, groomer was very rude and tried to tell us our appointment was at 9 and that we should start being on time and laughed like it was funny. All the groomers continued to laugh as well. Is that any way to run a business? Petsmart is awful and way over priced anyways, go to local places like the Dawg Shoppe or 4 Paws and a Tail :)

i went in to buy some fish, they had a sale buy 4 get 2 free i bought around 40.00 of fis it has been 1 week 2 black mollies have died 2 mickey mouse platys have died cant tell yet but it looks like i have 2 more laying at the bottom of the tank i called petsmart to let them know his response was "yeah um you have to bring the dead ones in and we will see why they died and give you new ones" my first fish died why would I want new ones. Will NEVER buy fish there again

Its a gamble wether or not they will have the item you are in search of then add the fact that they only carry 1 of the item in stock at that rate ... This is why box stores are fading away... Sad... However store is always clean and they are very friendly to your reason for waking up every day! (Pet)

Its an okay place, but I wouldnt take a new puppy with allergies there. Took one look at my now 5yr old lab mix and refused to see him. Said he had kennel cough or possibly something worse. (Which turned out to be allergies) Prices are also some what high.

After waiting 2 weeks for an appointment, the metal rabies tag was not enough proof that she has a shot. They would rather see something on paper because we all know that a paper form is much harder to forge than the metal tag. These guys are morons.

Associate stressed out my fish and caused them to get ick. She had no idea what she was doing. Very aggravating. I spent over $150 in fish and several have died due to stressed caused disease. Will not be returning.
