I love this chain of pet stores and I have visited all of them in Waterford, Bloomfield Hills, Farmington Hills, White Lake, and Highland. However, my favorite ones are the Bloomfield Hills and Farmington Hills locations. I especially love the cat display at the Telegraph location. It is truly appealing to watch the kitties and feel that they have a home that is almost as good as their own forever home while waiting to be adopted. The selection of food, treats, toys, and other pet needs is plentiful and offers a variety of prices and brands. I love their "No Grain" foods and especially the "Made in the U.S." options. I refuse to buy items from out-of-the country except Canada. I dont want items from China. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They appear to enjoy their work and their time with the public.

I really like this location - always clean, very easy to find what I am looking for, and tons of selection for dogs & cats. I buy a natural brand of food for my dog - they have a lot of selection if you prefer more natural foods! Better than other pet stores. I cant really speak to the selection of other animal items, but they do seem have a lot of small pet (rodents, birds) supplies as well.

Associates were friendly and helpful...prices are pretty good...I considered the purchase of a baby bunny and thought the asking price was reasonable...thinking that it included a little hutch and maybe a small bag of food...nope. $49 for just the rabbit. Im guessing its still there :o)

People are reasonably friendly, Place seems pretty clean. Unfortunately, the last two times Ive been there for something they were out of the products. Both times they said they were getting them in later that day or later that week but its tough I needed right then.

Love this place. Workers are great and prices are better than PETCO!!! $1.00 for a dozen crickets instead of $16.00 for less than 100. Always VERY Helpful. And order customized items if possible and they dont have them in stock.
