Ive been coming here to buy feed for four years now. Great selection, great prices, great service. Feed is fresh, good quality, but on the very few occasions there was any issue, they replaced/refunded promptly. Once, I tried switching my chickens from crumbles to pellets, and the stupid birds couldnt figure out that the pellets were food (well, we dont raise chickens because theyre smart)... Even though there was no defect in the product, they let me switch it out for crumbles at no extra charge. Thats great service!! They didnt have to do it, but it made me a customer for life. Great source of info and supplies for new backyard chicken owners. Everything you need to set up for raising chicks. Good advice provided to folks raising other backyard fowl also (ducks, geese, turkeys, quail, etc.)

Wow! Blown away with great customer service!! My first experience just two weeks ago was excellent. I stopped in again for a second visit last night to purchase chicken feed. I am new to raising chickens and a friend sent me to Park Feed. On both visits, I was greeted as I walked in the parking lot, and again once inside. The gentleman behind the counter welcomed customers by name as they walked in. As I told him I wasnt sure what to buy, he asked a few questions about my chickens, and made a recommendation for me. I paid for my feed and turned to collect my 25lb. bag, only to hear that they had already placed it in the back of my truck for me. Park Feed has a new loyal customer and is a model for anyone owning a small business that wants to compete and survive against the big box stores!!!

This is the place for my family. We get all of our supplies here. The large corporation pet stores do NOT carry items we need for our small farm animals. We are pleased with this feed and supply store. The people that work there are sincerely friendly and always, always carry heavy bags of feed, etc. to my car. Also very knowledgeable about their products and how to use them.

This place has been here forever. I grew up in Pinellas Park and remember seeing it as a kid. I just started going here a few months ago after getting a couple rabbits. They have good prices on big boxes of Oxbow Timothy hay. It is a family owned business. Everyone is very friendly, except the cat. :) It depends on his mood.

I had a wonderful experience this morning. I met John who was very knowledgeable about his product. He went above and beyond the typical customer service I have received at other pet supply places. He even brought the food out to my car! I will continue to get my food from here from now on. What a great experience:)

We come here a lot to get our chickens food and they are soooo nice. they bring the food out to your car! the cat is friendly, the two customer service men are friendly. that is also where I get my dogs shot because the have vets come once in a while! LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!!!!!!
