I had been bringing my dog there to get groomed for almost a year now. I had forgot to book his monthly grooming session this week and tried to do it this morning. The next web site has said that the next two days were completely booked and I couldnt get him in. To me this was really odd because I had booked sessions two days in advance and hadnt had a problem so I thought i would call them; thinking maybe the website just wasnt working. Well, when I called I got treated like an insignificant POS by the lady that answered the phone. All I asked if there were any available and when the next available was. She also ,very specifically, told me that there were none. I guess there are none for the rest of eternity? I guess my on going business will not longer be ongoing.... If they treated me like this on the phone, I wonder how they were treating my dog when I wasnt there.

I couldnt be more pleased with the way the hospital treated us. My dog socks got really sick and wasnt improving. We just couldnt let him suffer through the whole weekend. Our vet couldnt fit him in to put him to sleep. I called another vet and they were to busy too. I didnt know PetSmart would euthanize but I took chance. They could help sat afternoon. She was so kind. Our socks passed before the appointment but they still took care of the cremation for me I took him there and they handled him with so much respect and was so nice to me. When I went to pick up his ashes the lady came around the counter to give him to me instead of just handing him over. I was treated with so much compassion and respect while my heart was just breaking. Thank you bamfield hospital.

Just left there, the gentleman who worked there refused to sell us a baby albino placostamus, telling us our tank was too new (2 months old) we have had tropical fish tanks in the past, I was disappointed, the tank they were in there looked pretty clean with no fish in it, hmmm, then we werent allowed to purchase a small bundle of aquatic plants we have had in the past and he told us no they were there as food for the fish and there wasnt any of that type for sale with the other plants, my grandaughters 16th birthday was great at Cracker Barrel and clothes shopping, but she did cry at not getting her baby albino placostamus from you, and we will never be back, we will go to Petco where our purchases will be approved and we wont be treated like we are ignorant.

Horrible not worth one star. And dont let them lie that they save you money. First they did not place my $19 prescription in my bag. When I got home it was not in the bag and they would not refund me. Too far to drive back so asked them to call into the pharmacy. They did, but to the wrong walgreens. However when I found the walgreens they called into the prescription was $10 less then Pet smart dicounted plan price. So I looked up all cost and found out a local vet would have been less expensive. I cancelled the plan be ware of the promises and do homework.

They always have what I need there and Jenny in the grooming salon is the best! I had a not so good experience with one of the other groomers there and she took care of it and left me and my baby boy (Blitzen) happy. I would highly recommend going to Jenny to get your pet groomed!!

My baby gidgetbabygirl has been going to her favorite place for 6 years, and each time has been treated as I treat her. She is my world and wether she needs to get groomed by Amy or have to see vet, she goes wagging her tale.

Been going to this location for roughly 4-5 months now and everytime was a pleasure. Groomers are great and the vet office instore is amazing. Dr. Sharpe is great! 2 thumbs way way up!
