I understand you take pride in your products but in my opinion it is not good to come across as aristocratic. There are plenty of places to purchase blue buffalo at $55 a bag. I try to support small businesses over big box chains even if they are more expensive. That being said I do expect a higher level of customer service. I did not receive the experience I was hoping for when I entered the store. I was not asked if I need help when I came in or if I needed anything else when checking out. When asked about a dog food brand I had purchased before the representative turned her nose up at me. It is not like I was looking for kibble and bits. As a consumer I want the highest value for the lowest price it is not absurd to think someone wouldnt want to always buy your most exspensive product.

My wife and I just stopped in here for the first time today. Kris was eager to help us out and answer all of our questions. Top notch customer service. Great selection of all natural high-quality products to choose from. Many products we had not seen elsewhere! Worth a look if you prefer to feed your animals real food.
