Paws & Claws has been a savior when it comes to grooming our dogs. We have two pups, Molly who a Golden Retriever rescue and Jack is a Cocker Spaniel rescue. We met Scott over two years ago at Paws and Claws and he has truly worked his magic with them. Molly is very timid and scared little girl. Jack can be aggressive around people because he lived in a shelter for a while and we have no idea what happened to him prior. Scott is very patient and sweet with them and as an owner I know they are in the best hands. Paw and Claws also introduced use to new dog food and shampoo to help with their skin allergies. If you have a dog that can tear a toy apart in two seconds like Jack, they have the best golf ball and tennis ball toys that they will love!

i really dont know what to rate this place, it looks like a cute place from the pictures that i have seen. i had gotten off work at 6am which is pretty early, but instead of going home which was all the way in travelers rest, i came and sat in the parking lot of paws&claws and i was going to wait until they opened to get the things that i needed. one being a certain kind of dogfood that many businesses do not sell. well around 9 oclock people started pouring in with their pets, so i went to go in and was told that they didnt open until 10am. so long story short, that pissed me off.....so i just went down the street to saluda pet food supply.

Took our border collie mix to the groomers for the first time. She hadnt been washed in a while, had mats in her fur, and its the dead heat of a Southern summer, so we wanted to get her cleaned and cut before the temps got really high. The people there were extremely nice and knew exactly what we wanted. Piper came back looking great, no mats, undercoat trimmed, fur cleaned, nails clipped, smelling great. The employees were very nice and went out of their way to impress. Price was worth it as it would have taken us hours to do what they did. Highly recommended.

They have officially lost my business! The dog wash closed at 5:00, we arrived at 5:03 and they turned us away. I explained the we had a dog show coming up that week end and this is my only time to wash my dog. They said to come back the following day, which I was unable to do. This is an example of terrible customer service. If 3 minutes is that big of a deal, when they dont actually close the store until 6:00, I dont want any part of that. Again, absolutely terrible customer service!

I brought in our Shih Tzu puppy which needed a haircut. I was a little unsure if they were going to take all his hair off or what he would look like. We were very pleased with the result. They gave him such a little stylish hair cut and now we can see his precious eyes. Also our puppy enjoyed his time with the ladies that were there. They were very nice. Thank you Paws and Claws!!!

This place is paws down the best pet store and grooming facility in Greenville. They have all the best treats, chews, collars, harnesses etc. As a dog professional, I buy almost all my supplies there, and send all my clients as well. Their groomers do a great job and treat the dogs with kindness. Have never heard any complaints in the 5+ years I have been referring to them.

Fast and easy going. I love to take my puppy there for bath time. It is so easy to get him all clean and fresh and not have to deal with the mess. The staff is awesome. They are very knowledgeable and accommodating. It is the best dog wash in town. I recommend trying it out for the self wash and the grooming services. I found the greatest toys there too.

First time using these groomers and let me tell you I am a customer for life! Elise did wonderful on my dog. AWESOME prices and WONDERFUL customer service. The owner was also there too. Shes very involved with the business, which i love by the way. My dog had a wonderful time. EVERYONE should give them a chance. Again thank you so much Paws & Claws!

Our puppy had serious matting issues so we knew we had to get him shaved. Thats sad but that wasnt the problem. My wife told them to only take a LITTLE tiny bit off of his face but they too off too much and made him look so dumb. Im giving them two stars because they gave us a full refund. So sad, our puppy is going to look so stupid for so long.

A great place to DIY wash the dog when your shower wont cut it. Theyre very helpful in making sure youve got what you need and the stall is well appointed. Nice looking shop, though I didnt have time to look around. Will be back. Highly recommended.

I love the diy dog wash option, their selection of toys and treats to spoil our dog. Theyre also great about scheduling the grooming and finishing up quick. They communicate often via text. Online scheduling would be a great addition.

Theyre the only people who can cut and dremel my dogs nails without him going crazy. GREAT assortment of toys, bones & food too. We just love this place.
