Great place, Ive took my service dog here many times. The only issue I have of this place is the owner told me if I got my dog """"certified""" (which there is no such thing legally) that she would partake and contribute in my " certified" service dogs food fee from her store. I asked her many times will all she would accept by calling her and emailing her all the time she told me to and she never had a clear answer to what she would accept. I just feel like she lead me on a little bit and got my hopes up. Other than feeling fibbed to I have no issues with this place Im not an expert on dried dog food costs or animal food costs but compared to internet prices they are just a tad bit High. I will admit though they sure do have a lot of options and really good options at that. Overall I enjoyed this place the many times I was in there.

My dogs had been eating a food only available at Natural Pet Supply for over 2.5 years. The dog food company changed its formula in June. Natural Pet Supply never informed me of this change (Im in the store every 1-1.5 months) nor was any signage ever placed in the store notifying customers of this change. The end result was an abrupt change in diet for my 3 dogs because I had no knowledge they werent getting the same food as before. One of my dogs experienced such horrible stomach issues that she ended up being hospitalized for 4 days. If you expect a small locally owned business to provide guidance and great customer service dont shop here!!!

I have been shopping at Natural Pet Supply for almost two years now and I love it! My dog is picky and he loves the foods they carry! The treat bar is always full, with a big variety! The couple who own the store are always very polite and helpful! Misty- Apparetly you dont read each bag of food before you purchase it? I have always been told about changes to any food they carry, be it dog or cat.

There is a mean cat that stays in the store that will attack customers pets if they are not on their guard. I wonder what the owner is thinking and I hope no ones pet gets hurt. Mine almost did and it really upset me when I got home and noticed her ear is badly scratched. I guess we were lucky. I will just shop elsewhere or online. Why does the owner allow this?

Large selection of quality products for your pet. I purchase food for my dogs and goat milk for my cats here. The folks are super helpful, friendly, and customer-oriented. I love to shop here and can spend an hour or so just browsing at their products and wide-arrest of selections! They know their products well and I like that!

This is a great store. Fromm food is the best and very healthy for your pet. Our hound was overweight and the weight management helped so much. Various flavors too so they dont get bored. The treats and toys are amazing too!! And the pig ears are our dogs favorites.
