Amazing people and so helpful! Im so thankful this store has opened in Sarasota and in a great location for the common folk. : ) These ladies were so sweet and knowledgeable. They sent me home with samples to try. My dog and 2 cats just freaked out over their dinners! They loved it! The quality of their food selections cannot be beat and there is no place in Sarasota with such a fabulous collection of nutritious and specialty foods. If you want your pets to have a healthy life, you should consider giving them the best care by feeding them a truly nutritionally balanced diet. These people will steer you in the right direction!

Love the new location! The knowledge base of the staff/male that helped me learn about what dogs should really NOT be eating has changed my dogs coat, allergies, personality, and digestive systen COMPLETELY! I was given six sample bags to try before I purchased a thing and sent on my way. A few days later, I knew exactly what food my dog loved and found it with ease. We are a Fromm Family forever, and a Holistic Pets Shop supporter from here on. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESSES! (and not the puppy shop selling sick dogs across the street)

Been in there a couple times each time disappointed Im not sure about dogs but they have no idea what there talking about when it comes to cats and there cat food selection is very poor and the last time I went in the girl had kinda a weird unfriendly attitude when I asked if the have a certain brand of cat food

Love the quality and selection of food, supplements and toys at HFP! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. My favorite part is that they frequently bring in new merchandise so I can plan on bringing home a different treat or toy for my dogs to try.
