Just got off the phone to check if my ring which were sent back for a different size was in yet. I was told 4-6 weeks and I was good with that, I called at the 4 week mark to check anyway on the status. When I called the person helping me could care less of my concern, she said she would check, after waiting several minuets on hold (once again no problem) she returned and said sorry it takes 4-6 weeks! Her tone was cold and not caring. I told her when I originally purchased the rings I was told 4-6 weeks also but received them in a week, she commented sorry it will take 4-6 weeks, very cold, I did not care for her tone or attitude and regret not taking her name. And if possible I would take both rings back and go somewhere else. Really not happy right now with their customer service.

Dont get me wrong, I like Rogers and Hollands as a company, but this particular one in the Joliet mall should reconsider some of thier staffing. My fiance and I were shopping for wedding bands and paid a visit to this Roger and Hollands since my engagement ring came from a Rogers and Hollands (not this one). There is a young blonde that works at this one that could really use some customer service training. She accused us of lying and trying to, I dont know, haggle her? It was strange. We were still friendly with her because we believe in being friendly to everyone no matter what but when we left, she rolled her eyes and flipped around. Crazy.
