Im writing this review for the sake of all other consumers considering this business. My fiancé paid cash for my engagement ring (I believe it was approximately $10,000 so it was not an inexpensive piece of jewelry) last summer. Ive had the ring in my possession for about 5 months. Two days ago the WHOLE BASKET & DIAMOND fell off. We have insurance so it has been covered but its the issues behind this. I did not even make it to my 6 month inspection & the basket & diamond just fell off the setting! This business DOES NOT HAVE INSURANCE as stated by the owner and another gentleman. I told them it was not my negligence that caused the issue so why put a claim into my insurance and that is how I found out they have no coverage. I understand its a he said/she said situation but I did not lose the ring nor was I robbed or my home broken into. So with this being said, if any jewelry has been paid for by a consumer and left at the store for whatever reason & the store experiences a fire or burglary, the store has NO COVERAGE. Which now I am questioning the authenticity of my diamond. How can a business not be insured with hundreds of thousands of dollars in inventory? This happened two days ago & it took three individuals and 4 calls to finally get a hold of someone. I traveled to the store today to show them the ring & the first thing they said was, "Oh look there is plenty of solder here". Clearly the craftsmanship was poor & how is that relevant to the piece perfectly breaking off? There were no chips, cracks or breaks. Many people have jewelry for YEARS and never experience such a thing. They did not have an answer for me regarding if or what they guarentee or could do for me. I am waiting for my fiancé to get home to show me all the paperwork to see what the fine print is. They did not offer any type of solution but told me, "that is why YOU have insurance". Aside from the basket & diamond falling out- the store has no insurance coverage (unless my mother and I were lied to), they do not guarantee any inch of their work & other concerns I experience with them seem relevant to fraud. On our part, my fiancé should have done more research as to where he went so yes, he is at fault for not doing his consumer research.

When my grandmother passed away she left me her wedding and engagement rings. They needed to be cleaned and put together, they were over 50 years old! Jimmy did such a beautiful job, they look brand new! Im so proud to wear these rings and Im so grateful to Millard Jewelers for their beautiful work!!

I had them duplicate my wifes 2nd band for her wedding ring. We bought it at Jared. He made it better stronger and exactly the same match for less than what I paid at Jared over 5 years ago! It was my wifes 5 year anniversary gift. We are so happy with the entire experience!

The owner is extremely nice and upfront. I sold jewelry to him and he gave me a very reasonable price. I went to several shops and didnt get anything near to what he offered me. Thanks again!!!
