Thanks to Haase for providing exceptional, high quality, personal service at a fair price. I had some custom work that I needed done quickly including selecting a loose diamond, setting it in a new platinum band and joining with an existing ring, which needed significant modification. Haase was one of the few local jewelers who could accommodate what I needed within my tight schedule and was also by far the most reasonable price-wise. They were able to quickly procure a band and several loose diamonds for me to consider based on my very specific requirements (e.g. hearts and arrows cut, etc.). The staff were all great -- especially the owner, Joe, who reminds me a favorite uncle. He clearly gets to know and appreciates all his customers. He’s obviously a seasoned expert but, even more importantly, he is honest (he correctly and objectively accessed the diamonds and did not try to sell me the one hed make the most money on) and very particular about workmanship (he pointed out a very small imperfection that I never would have even noticed in one part of the work that he had sent out for specialized laser welding and he volunteered to send it back to be made perfect).

My fiancé Charlie and I have had a wonderful experiences with the staff at JP Haase. We were welcomed and serviced by Vince when we came in looking at engagement ring (October 2015). Vince took the time to sit with us and review many styles. Joe also joined in helping us and pulled stones out to match the setting and style were were looking for that was special and unique to us. We were able to create a one of a kind piece in rose gold and I absolutely love it! We recently (June 2016) purchased our wedding bands from them as well working with Vince again. The customer service is outstanding and their attention to detail/quality is superb. We have recommended them to our friends and family. We will continue shopping with JP Haase for our future gift purchases. Thank you!

This is a great independently owned jewelery store. They have gorgeous, unique, quality items you wont find in the chain or mall jewelry stores. Their prices are fair and the quality far superior then the mall stores and the service is unsurpassed. If you find something there thats over your budget they will find a way to change diamonds around to fit your price. This is the kind of store where they remember your name and make you feel more like a friend then a customer. I have made numerous purchases there and have been very happy with each one. Outstanding customer service and great prices. Joe, the owner off Haase, treats his customers right. I purchased an engagement ring at an extraordinary price here. Like all rings, the main band was produced overseas. There are two side baguettes that both came loose and were lost. Joe took care of them both at no charge and reset them with a thicker more durable setting. I will never shop anywhere else for jewelery. If you get a chance to meet Joe, ask to see his ring. It has the biggest diamonds I have ever seen!

If you live in Milwaukee and your looking for an engagement ring then this is the jewelry store for you. I need an affordable engagement ring, that didnt look affordable. The staff helped me pick out the right ring size and stone. Very happy will do business again in the future. The only down side was the location. They were a bit hard to find i drove past them the first time around.

Bought a ring from them 16years ago, went to them to exchange it for something different. I had original paper work and receipt. They told me my ring was not even worth half of what i paid them 16 yrs ago. My vvs1 diamond was worth squat. Of course, this isnt what they told me when I bought it. Rip-off. Im doing business elsewhere.

Recently got some diamond earrings for my wife. Had a price range in mind and the sales staff was very helpful. Didnt purchase the earrings at first look (wanted to comparison shop). Came back to the store and bought the earrings after seeing higher prices for the same quality elsewhere.
