I strongly urge anyone to start their jewelry purchase process at PK Bennett. I have absolutely nothing negative to say about PK. Unlike the huge Jewelry stores, the owners (Peggy and Rich) and employees pride themselves on ensuring you understand what you are buying. They truly take pride knowing you as a customer are more than satisfied. During my recent diamond purchase, I began my search elsewhere for the perfect engagement diamond. After 2 faulty purchases and hours of frustration, I was recommend PK by State Farm. After visiting the store for myself, PK advised me not to buy anything on my first nor second visit. I was shocked! No other store had even hinted at this. They wanted to make sure I fully understood the 4 Cs, how to use the tools, and gathered a plethora of knowledge. Trust me, you will not regret starting your research process at PK, next time you are in the market for a piece of jewelry.

I found P K Bennett Jewelers through reviews on Google. My brother was looking for a jeweler to do some work on a family heirloom ring so he could propose to his girlfriend. The atmosphere was amazing, and the staff was more than helpful. The ring needed a lot of work, but P K Bennett assured us that they would be able to make it look beautiful again. The owner, who looked at the ring for us, mentioned that many other big business jewelers may have tried to sell us a new ring, instead of fixing up the vintage one. We appreciated their dedication to restoring our family ring. Their work is beautiful, and my brothers fiancé loves her ring. I would recommend P K Bennett to anyone needing jewelry assistance. The staff and owners were friendly, all their work was done in-house. Our family is thrilled with their service, and plan to go back for any other jewelry needs.

Everyone was great from the time I called on the phone and spoke to Blaine. I found them on the internet but when I told co-workers where I was going I had some say that they knew the people here and they were great. When I got there I met Marcus. He was really great working with the Jeweler to get exactly what I needed. I wanted to have a family heirloom sized for my wife and I didnt want to just go to the mall. I wanted to best people to work on it and be sure everything was perfect not just for my wife but for any future generations who may want to wear these rings. Peggy is the owner of the store and she was there both times I came in and made doubly sure that everything was perfect. They answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns. I brought my daughters silver necklace in to sotter the ring where the necklace hooks on since it wasnt very sturdy. I was informed it would cost $24 and initially gawked at that price since the entire sottering probably only took 10 seconds. She purchased it herself as a memory from a family trip so I decided to pay the $24. I picked it up today and noticed the other side was having the same issue and thought the person performing the sottering would check both sides. Instead of taking another few seconds and doing the other side it was left alone. I questioned it with the woman helping me and she said it would be $24 for each sotter. Really??? $50 ??? What a racket!!! Not sure if this is industry standard, hope not!!! They lost a customer for sure

I would like to thank P.K. Bennett for creating two beautiful custom diamond rings for me. I came in for a repair and left with two beautiful rings I will cherish forever. I used some of my old unused diamonds to create a whole new piece! The customization process was wonderful, I was able to see designs in full color to choose from, it was so simple and stress free. I was so happy with the service I ended up getting diamond studs for my daughter. She wears them everyday! If you are looking for a custom piece, repair or something new I highly recommend P.K. Bennett.

I have been to PK Bennett several times now, and I always leave there very impressed with the service, quality and attention to detail they offer. I purchased a diamond engagement ring as well as wedding rings from their store. All the employees are very friendly, helpful and have intimate knowledge of their business. PK Bennett is able to do custom jewelry and well as fix just about anything. I have always felt like I was buying a quality product, and the employees will take the time to answer any questions. There are cheaper jewelers out there, but none better!

Ive had a ring fixed when I realized I had a loose diamond. Very happy with the work and ring came out looking brand new. My wedding ring needed redesigning and they helped me with that. Again very pleased and would highly recommend them whether you are buying a new piece or fixing and older one.
