I bought the engagement ring for my fiancee from Andaaz Jewelers, and I couldnt have been happier with the experience. I was living in New Jersey at the time, and had been referred to this jeweler by a family member. Since I was doing this from long distance, I did not even have a chance to see the ring in person before purchasing it - that is how much I trusted this jeweler after all the communication back and forth. My fiancee was very specific in what she wanted (but obviously this was a surprise so we couldnt outright ask her). The salesperson Ankur was very knowledgeable and straightforward. He was able to give his honest opinion on diamond quality and worth. He was able to help me find a diamond that was within my budget that was beautiful. I sent him a picture of the type of band that I wanted, and he came back with a very detailed CAD drawing of what the ring would look like once put together. After I purchased it and received it in the mail, I was amazed at how beautiful this ring was. Every question I had along the way was answered quickly and diligently. I feel like an engagement ring expert now after learning so much from Andaaz. My fiancee was ecstatic about the ring and has received numerous compliments. We are very happy that we bought from this jeweler.

I had a great experience purchasing my engagement ring for my fiancee at Andaaz. I had a rough idea of what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend. The staff there was very knowledgeable and very patient in catering to my needs. They helped me select the best diamond and setting that was in my price range. There was never any pressure to buy or look at something that I was not comfortable with. They made me feel like they had my best interest in mind, and that they would make sure that I got the perfect ring I was looking for. I strongly recommend going to see them for any jewelry needs!

Great Customer Service! I had bought an chain from them a year ago and just the other day while playing with my niece, it was yanked off my neck. I went to them and asked if they could take a look at it. Without hesitation they said they would fix it without charge. They even remembered me and remembered when I had come in. Nothing beats going to a family run store where they take care of you years after you went there. I must disagree with the negative people that wrote below. I know for sure that I will recommend all my relatives and friends go there.

I went to Andaaz for my engagement ring. The staff there was very kind and courteous. When I arrived, I had a rough description of what I wanted. They were able to show me many different band/stone combinations until I found exactly what I wanted that fit within my price range. The whole process took 4 visits and they never rushed me into making a decision and never tried to push me to buy a ring that was out of my budget. I would definitely recommend going to them if you are looking for an engagement ring.

Never go there .They are big cheaters. I purchased jewelry from their Westmont location and paid $400 more from market price. I inquired the same jewelry from another jeweler in Atlanta and they are offering same piece for $ 400 less. Andaaz jewelers will never give you correct weight. They use to weigh the jewelry inside and will tell you at least one gram more. I would suggest to go to any other jewelers if you live in Chicago area but refrain from going to Andaaz.

They stress they are the best but its not even a percent truth. If you want to see his real personality try to ask him why his jewelry price is so high compared to others he will start telling you stories and fool you with his experience. NEVER SHOP. HIGH PRICES and he will make living out of your money. He makes 200% profit out of his customers. Same ornaments you will get in other stores for 50% of his price.

Had a wonderful experience when I went to buy jewelry here. The sales representative Sunaina was very helpful and made my experience comfortable. She was able to recognize my taste quickly and showed a wide variety of selection. I did not feel pressured into buying and got a very reasonable deal on my jewelry pieces. I came with my wife to purchase some jewelry at Andaaz jewelers at Westminster, IL. I am surprised to see the collections, which you dont normally find in Naperville area. Also the proprietor gave us a nice deal on our purchase. I am happy with the deal and my wife for the jewelry. Definitely recommend this place!

They are cheaters.Please be careful from them, they charged more prices for low quality and moreover they charge for extra 1 gram. . personal advice please do not go there and be careful.I wish i could see the other review before going there. Cheaters .instead of cheating customers they should beg on the streets.
