Im beyond disappointed and upset with the type of customer service my fiancé and I received from this store. We put our wedding bands on layaway - mine on June 2016 and his December 2016. Theres a certain style on my engagement ring that we were worried that the matching wedding band will no longer be sold by the time we get married. Weve been making payments to the best of our abilities (its not easy paying for a wedding!) and missed a month or two after the holidays. However, we came back to the store March 2017 and I made a payment that will make up for the previously missed payments and there was no problem. When we came back earlier this month to make another payment - they couldnt find our rings and supposedly the orders were "cancelled." They couldnt give us a reason as to why our orders were even cancelled to begin with, when we were literally there 3 weeks prior making our March payment. The other thing is, on top of the fact our rings were missing, theyre still trying to make a sale by offering me another wedding band (the top band that goes with the engagement ring - I only bought the bottom band). And clearly, my fiancé and were already upset, and the manager states, "You look upset." I mean, what do you expect us to be? Happy, with the fact that our rings were missing? If we hadnt gone in on April, we would never be made aware of the fact our rings were "cancelled." Finally, we bought my band there and then - full payment - and the manager stated she will call me personally when my ring came in. Youd think theyd pay more attention since they messed up pretty badly, but no. I had to call myself to make sure it is in. I never got any calls telling me my ring was in the store ready for pickup. Once I pick up my ring, thatd be the last time Id ever set foot on this particular Kay branch.

This store has completely dissapointed me. Ive been a great customer with Kay, but this store is awful. I ordered some stuff online, and I first waited 10 minutes until they noticed I was waiting. Then I told the rep I was there for pick up. So they go and get the jewlery. They hand it to me in the bag it came in and told me to check it. Never had that happen, they are the ones to be checking the jewlery, after all that what they are there for. I said I wanted information on the jewlery and they looked at me like I was asking an out of this world question. Then one of the Rep asked another Rep for a box and this other Rep is wearing a little mini dress with high heels. If she were to have bend down, I would literally have seen everything. Not work attire appropriate. Service is pathetic, they didnt even inspect the jewlery themselves. I will be filling a complaint.

I am very disappointed in the staff at this store. First of all they are very rude, there is no hi or hello when you walk in. Then you are waiting 15 minutes until somebody even notices you. Then they say we will be right with you and you dont see them another 15 minutes. Then somebody else comes and say the same thing we will be right with you, and another 15 minutes no show. Finally when we got someone to pay attention on us, they were so in a hurry that didnt even explain anything. I left my engagement ring to be resized, payed for it and when I came back to pick it up, they said how I owe them the resize payment. And the lady was so rude, she was like: so how much did you pay for it. The only person who was nice was the owner or something, the older person. Because of him 1 star, otherwise it would be 0.
