Terrible Experience from GINA- Floral Department Ive been coming to this store since 1998 and I havent seen any other employee with awful demeanor to any customers, to the point that it felt like she doesnt want to provide me any help because of my skin color! GINA in the Flowers department had shown me the worst customer service in my life. She made sure that I knew she doesnt have enough time to help me.... I walked in at the store at around 5:20pm on Wednesday (5/3/17) and as I approached the counter, she greeted me with this statement "If youre buying anything, hurry up because Im out of here by 6pm and I still need to clean my counter before I leave." I ignored her statement and went on to look for some orchids and then asked her if she can help me arrange a few orchids in a bigger vase... Her response... "That would be expensive!" Im aware that she doesnt know who Im giving this flower arrangement... but most people buy flowers to make someone feel special because its a special day for them or in my case, its for my friend who was just diagnosed with Stage IV Bone Cancer. After the "expensive" comment, I continue on picking the orchids that my friend would enjoy while shes in the hospital and I also found a vase that can hold 4 orchids. I brought all items to the counter and asked her to arrange it. Again with a very unaccomodating response, she asked "how do you want me to arrange it?" She also repeated how expensive it would cost me to buy all those flowers. Then she started arguing with me when I finally told her to stop being mean and to just make the arrangement beautiful! OMG!

This lady at this store named Marissa saw my daughter walk out with a cart of waters that she did pay for and then this lady was right there when she paid and when I paid she said did she pay for them or are u gonna pay for them. How rude she was right there when she paid. That was the worst experience of my life and I work at a vons. That was the worst customer service ever. Worst person and service ever.

My local grocery store. I love the people who work here. I do the justforU savings on my phone, hit up the "buy 4" sales, and coupon my way through the store. My only complaint is that because its just a small store sometimes they dont have what Im looking for. But I live in a first world country where I can drive 5 minutes to another store to find what Im looking for. So no big deal.

Vons is always a great place to shop, and Im told it offers better pricing than its main competitor, Ralphs. I also appreciate the wine selection and knowledge of people working in the wine aisle. Believe it or not, the deli sandwiches are also a steal. High quality, with lots of ingredients and flexibility. These sandwiches are a step above subway!

This is a smaller store so they dont always have what a Vons of a larger size would have. The staff is hit and miss. Some are uber friendly, like the baggers and the guy in the service deli, and others seem irritated you are there.

Clean and friendly...The people who work here seem to take pride in the stations.. Proactive butcher always trying new stuff.. The frozen fish section has a great selection thats only found at this store..

Really convenient and "right size." Big enough to have what you need most of the time but not so large that you need a GPS to find your way around.
