Not very happy. Waited for almost 2 hours and was told it was because we were maybe 10 min. late but called and was told that would not be a problem. I am so tired of Drs that deal with children esp. thinking their time is apparently so much more important than anyone elses. If you are going to deal with children, you should make sure you keep to your appointment times as much as possible, emergencies being the exception. No one is patient and understanding after sitting and waiting for hours with no one letting them know what is going on. I definitely believe Dr Reynolds needs to work on his and his staffs organization skills!!!!

My Fiance and stepdaughter suffers from antiritia (born without an iris so, their eyes are constantly dilated) . Doctor Terry Reynolds always gets that eye glass prescription to the exact while also, being able to provide with the latest new information on their eye disease!!
