In early October, my wife and I set up an appointment through Eve (Vision Center Manager) for early November. We saw her write the appointment down--both in the book and on a business card--and we left. We arrived on the morning of the appointment and we were told by Eve that I did not have an appointment and that the doctor would not be able to see me today. My wife told them that we had made the appointment a month ago, and I pulled the card out of my wallet. I was able to see the doctor--though they double-booked her--at my appointment time. Both of our interactions with Eve felt strained. She seemed more interested in telling us about HER experiences with her vision loss rather than listening to our concerns and answering our questions. My wife had to steer her back to the intended topic several times. The doctor was very thorough and enlightened me on my Visual Impairment and the probable cause behind it. She was the first doctor to connect my VI with any probable cause, despite the fact I was born with the disability. I feel the doctor is extremely competent in her field and would recommend her to anyone. The manager, however, needs to be replaced.

Doesnt even deserve one star! Went to get contacts and glasses and the lady who was fitting me for glasses was very rude. She was treating me like a child and getting frustrated with me because i couldnt keep my eyes perfectly still for her. She kept snapping at me to be still and getting very rude with me. After a while of this I went off on her. I asked for a different person and waited for the next person available. This person was much nicer but when I asked for the ladys name so that I can call management and complain he said he was the manager. I was shocked that the manager was sitting next to us the entire time and not once chastised her for the way she was acting. I requested her name again and he would not give it to me. When I went back to get my glasses a week later I got the "manager" again and when trying on my glasses I mentioned it made me feel motion sick the way they were looking when I moved my head and he got smart with me telling me to be realistic... The eye doctor was very nice though. No complaints with her but everyone else was horrible. I will not be going back. I will take my prescription somewhere else.

I was initially seen a few years ago, paid for my exam, and was told that since my diabetes was not under control they couldnt help me. I was not given a refund but simply told to return once my numbers were under control. I finally returned today after a long struggle and experiments with everything from daily Lantus to weekly Bydureon. I was told that since its been over a year, I would have to pay again. What? That isnt what I was told. I didnt receive the service I paid for. Either refund my money, or sit me back in the exam chair with the eye doctor who reeks like cigarette smoke. Nevertheless, I was given neither option. I will never use this place again. Granted, it was "only" $50.00, but the principle remains that they received $50.00 and failed to deliver their service, nor was I informed of an expiration policy. Shady.

I called to ask how much an appointment was. I was told a certain price, and when I was finished with my exam I was charged something different. I told them about what I was told and then told he couldnt do anything but talk to the person about it. Then when checking prices for contacts, he got kind of rude with me because I wanted to check a website. Told me I wouldnt find them anywhere cheaper and if I didnt buy them there I couldnt get the rebate. After leaving I checked out line and the prices were cheaper than if I would have bought them there and got the rebate. The doctor was nice and professional, but did not look into something specifically about my eye health that I asked her to. Other than that she was good. I dont recommend going here.

The absolute worst customer service in ANY medical field that I have ever experienced. Very Poor management. Eve has a problem actually LISTENING to the any customer. She seems to just want to assert her attitude and her "authority" instead of actually solving any problems for the CUSTOMER! It appears she gets a real kick out of arguing and should not be in the customer service business. They ordered the wrong contacts and instead of listening to the problem Eve threatened to throw the wrong ones away if I did not pick them up without offering to resolve anything. Im appalled and frustrated by the entire experience.

I got a frame that my wife hated. Uh oh. Went back in the next business day, and the gentleman there was very helpful in pointing out a pair of frames that was similar in style to my old Timberland frames, but with extra viewing area and thinner and lighter titanium than the old pair! So yeah... get the insurance for your frames, just in case.... and make sure to get your anti-reflective coating. Its not a filter... its an anti-filter to stop glare and allow most of the light to pass through lens instead of glancing off. So the lens doesnt look like clear plastic, and so you dont see your eyeballs in your lens.

My wife and I had appointments together here on the same day. The doctor was nice. But the Assistant Manager named Eve was very rude. She really needs to listen to her customers instead of having her stinking attitude. She really has no respect for customers nor does she have customer service skills. She really should be fired and should respect all customers not just men.
