The worker said that they took my Eyemed insurance when I went in with a new Rx. They do not. Turns out that Vision Point is out of network. The front staff said that Eyemed doesnt cover Rx sunglasses: they do. I ended up filing my own out-of-network claim after paying almost $600. Another worker gave me a glass case that was far too small for my glasses when I went to pick them up. The glasses still do not fit after 3 adjustments. I do not want to return a fourth time. There is no customer service contact number or email address online for Vision Point when I went to complain to corporate. Just a terrible experience and a huge waste of a lot of money. So disappointed. DO NOT GO HERE!
