Mixed Review. Very happy with the thoroughness of Drs. Brun and C. Barton. 5 Stars for them and the assistant who got me back to the exam room. The office is immaculate and comfortable. Sadly, the front desk staff has been less than considerate towards my wife with a mix up of prescription eye drops. After a day of hourly use, I noticed the initial drops given to me were expired over 14 months ago, and when we went to get a replacement, (after a short, snarky encounter in the office) we were given a generic version. Normally this would be fine, but Dr. Brun specified the name-brand drops in the initial appointment. We called back and requested the name-brand Rx to be called into our pharmacy for us to pick up and received another snarky encounter over the phone ("well fine, now youre gonna have to pay your co-pay..." "it was just a sample..."). On top of this, they refuse to process my insurance since its out of network (Im well aware, but I have a PPO insurance with out of network benefits...) stating theyll give me a receipt to file my own claim.... (isnt that what part of the office visit charges cover.... billing/insurance processing?)

Ordered polarized sunglasses on a Friday. Found out the copay for polarization was $40. I called first thing the next morning (Saturday) to cancel the polarized and get regular prescription sunglasses. Martha assured me the glasses would be corrected and would take 2 weeks. I was ok with that, I knew it would take time to get them in. I received a call 2 weeks later to let me know they were in the store. Went to pick them up and NOONE changed the order. I let them know I wasnt happy about it because they said it would be done correctly. So, I went ahead and told them I wanted to go ahead and get the prescription sunglasses without polarization. Three weeks later, I hadnt received a call from them so I called to find out where my glasses were. I was told they cancel the order because they didnt think I wanted them. Woodbine eye care did not do a very good job. I will not be going there again. Buyer beware!!!

If you want unrivaled patient care, to get the best vision possible for you and the assurance that in case of a difficult eye situation you will be taken care of, this is the place for you. Amazingly caring doctors, with a friendly and helpful staff! I think I have been with them since they opened their office, so this is not a one spot in time review, it is a long term evaluation. My eyes are very important for me, and what is a blessing is that My Eyes are very important for them also!

I have been seeing Dr. Cheryl Barton since Woodbine Eye Care opened, and I recommend Woodbine Eye Care to everyone. I have complete trust in the work of both the doctors and the staff. They are always so patient with me, even though it takes me forever to pick out new frames because after all, glasses are a fashion statement. My husband goes there too, and they have even gotten him into some glasses that are a little more fashion forward (thank you, thank you!).

Ive had Dr.Cheryl since I was a kid and she wasnt available this time so I tried Dr. Brun.(I think thats how you spell it) she was amazing! Answered all of my questions and stressed my concerns! Between her and Dr Cheryl you will never have to worry about leaving confused or unhappy or with less than perfect vision.

Ive been going to Woodbine eye care for several years now and wouldnt use anyone else. The staff is amazing and very helpful. They have a great selection of glasses so no reason you cant find that perfect pair. I highly recommend you give them a call when its time for your next vision check
