Rude rude rude, took my mother to her appointment that was suppose to be at 10:15am. We get there 10 mins early, the women who "sits on the phone" inside the office part is soooooo rude! She never greeted us, she was on the phone when we walked in and on the phone when we left at 10:30. Im a very impatient person, I have a schedule to keep. I went up and asked her at 10:20 what the wait was gonna be and she said Im doing an insurance authorization...........well lady you need to learn how to multi task. The Dr was sitting in a different room on a computer and then there was 1 other patient. Thats it, no one else was in there. And my mom was paying out of pocket. Women are suppose to pride themselves on being multi taskers, its the mom in us!!!! She definitely needs a pay cut or should be cleaning bathrooms. Unprofessional and just a rude lady, your lucky I controlled myself after you rolled your eyes at my mother, it was my 2nd day of no smoking as well so yeah thanks for being soooooo RUDE!!!!!!
