I CANNOT say enough Great Things about the Entire Staff and Doctor at Nolensville Family EyeCare!!! They absolutely went out of their way to Exceed My Every expectation. The first time I called in to make an appointment, my wife was out of contacts and because I could not schedule an appointment for 8-10 days, they had me bring in her prescription and they gave me samples for her to use until our appointments. THIS IS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!!! After going to our appointments, it was ABUNDANTLY Clear why there was a wait for an appointment. They Are AWESOME!!! I WAS SKEPTICAL at first of 60+ 5 Star Ratings, but I Completely Understand Now. We have been other places and had incredibly bad experiences, so bad we even walked into an office while on vacation in NYC just to get a new prescription for my wifes contacts. We are BOTH so incredibly impressed with Nolensville Family EyeCare, We will never go anywhere else as long as we are within 50 miles of their office. If anyone reading this doubts all of their 5 Star Reviews, Check them out yourself. You will only then understand!!!

Nolensville Family EyeCare center is so wonderful; the staff is very professional, personable, and easy to work with. Recently I had an emergency with my son who lost his glasses and they could not have been nicer. They worked around his crazy work schedule, and he was also fitted for a pair of contacts to get him through till the glasses came in. I highly recommend them for all ages. Dr. Hayes is a wonderful physician and makes sure he explains everything to you about what he is doing. There are never any surprises during the exam. If he finds something that needs to be checked each year, he explains that and documents it in your file. I walk through the door and the front office staff knows who and are eager to help. If I could give a better rating than Excellent I would. Phenomenal Eye Care Specialist office!

I had such a fabulous experience with Dr. Hayes and the ladies at the desk. They are all so sweet!! Dr. Hayes and the new technology he uses was a bonus I wasnt expecting. Also not having to get the puff in the eye made my experience that much better :) Such wonderful people to go to!! Please do not hesitate for one second to go see them!! They are AMAZING!! Also, the sweet lady at the desk went above and beyond to make sure my insurance would cover my visit. I have never had someone spend ANY amount of time trying to help me with insurance and to know that she went above and beyond to help me makes me truly appraciate this buisness!! Thank yall for being so great to me!! I have truly been spoiled!! :)

This place is awesome. The staff here is top notch...Brandy was AMAZING! I suck at picking out glasses so when I went in I was worried that I would just be wasting everyones time. Brandy took care of me that day and picked several that she thought would work best. After I tried them all she was not happy with any of them so she said that she might have a frame that would fit everything that I was looking for and more. She ordered the frame that she thought would be perfect after hearing everything that I was looking for in a pair of glasses. They are amazing thank you so much!!!

We love Nolensville Family EyeCare. The staff are friendly, accommodating, and genuinely helpful. Dr. Hayes is very approachable, knowledgeable, does a very thorough exam, and excels in explaining any eyesight issues you are experiencing and answering any questions you have. In this office, there is no pressure to buy more expensive lenses or products. I cant recommend Nolensville Family EyeCare highly enough. Dr. Hayes and his staff are well worth the drive to Nolensville. We are blessed and privileged to have them in our town.

I have been hesitant to change to a new type of lens but Dr. Hayes convinced me to give them a try. Marvelous! Eyes feel much less irritated,less red and tired. He really wants you to be satisfied! Beautiful selection of frames and Cathy was very knowledgable about what shape was best for my face. Even left with a pair of sunglasses (Maui Jim) that I just love! Relaxing atmosphere...such nice, hometown people. Seeing better than I have in years with my new contacts and new glasses!

I decided to make the switch from contact lenses, which Ive been wearing for more than 20 years, back to the round glasses I wore in the 60s. My wife and I heard from friends that Nolensville Family EyeCare was a great place, so I tried it. Our friends were spot-on right. Everyone on the staff was great in getting me just what I needed and wanted, their coaching in getting into progressive lenses was great and pricing was very reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

This office is very calm and clean! I was especially impressed with the provider, Dr. Hayes. I felt that my appointment and care were individualized based on my history and needs. He listened and explained everything very well. He also had excellent knowledge of contact lens brands, and the pros and cons of each; from this I was able to select the best contact for me. After wearing the same brand for years, I can really tell a difference! Love my new lenses!

They did such an amazing job!! It was my first experience here and I felt like they really took their time to help me get my contacts just right and to help me find the perfect glasses. Then afterwards the lady at the front went over all my costs and calculated how much everything would be including insurance coverage, so that I knew exactly how much I would be paying out of pocket. They definitely put their patients first!

One word: Excellent! It was my first visit and I was treated as if I were a old friend. Dr. Hayes was very professional and explained everything in detail. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. This is my new eye care center. No more "one size fits all" mall eyewear stores. This is customer service at its best! An appointment was scheduled for my annual checkup. The staff begin at appointment time, taking care of the pre-exam requirements; e.g., updating paperwork. The pre-eye-exam work was completed timely, professionally while explaining each step to me. Dr. Hayes examination was professionally performed with a caring attitude toward my eye-health. My experience was excellent with Dr. Hayes & his staff.

They explain everything, work with you to make sure you are getting the best use of insurance benefits, and are always pleasant.
