The lady who assisted my husband and I in this store when we requested to do a return became combative and unpleasant and actually started yelling at us for so long, we actually had to tell her to just be quiet and do the return. Personally, I don t think screaming at customers is quite the way to ensure that theyll come back, and letting everyone in the vicinity know that theres a problem because shes yelling that loudly is not in the best interest of the store. So I would recommend visiting any one of the other half a dozen jewelry stores in this mall to avoid coming here.
